"What do you think?" Midoriya questioned nervously as he bit his lips in anticipation.
"I actually liked it. It is different, but in a good way." Bakugo said with a warm smile. Now was not a time for smirking. Midoriya chose to share a part of his life with the blonde and for that, he was thankful.
"Really?" Midoriya questioned in surprise. He wasn't expecting that response. The two shared a completely different music taste, but it wasn't about that. It was about the lyrics and the meaning behind it.
"Really." Bakugo replied, easing Midoriya's mind. The rest of the 45 minute car ride was spent in silence, but it was a comfortable silence. The only thing on both of their minds were one another. It may have only been a few weeks, but they were slowly helping each other become the best versions of themselves. They were the only two idiots who hadn't realized it yet.
When they finally reached their destination, they couldn't wait to get out of the car. They had been cramped in there on and off since yesterday, and they wanted to stretch their legs.
"What time is their train getting here?" Midoriya questioned as the duo leaned against the car.
"That should be their train pulling up right now." The blonde replied as he nodded his head towards the train that was currently skidding to a halt.
"But we just got outtt." Midoriya whined in a joking fashion.
"We still have four hours till our tour. Maybe we can just leave the car here and catch something to eat." He said with a shrug. As much as they loved the sanctuary it had given them behind the rest stop, they needed to stretch some more.
"They're exiting." Midoriya warned as he began looking for the duo they were to meet.
"Found them." Bakugo said without even blinking.
"What? How?" Midoriya asked in shock. He hadn't even had three seconds to look yet.
"We could be in a place with a million people and Shitty Hair's hair would still be shitty and Dunce Face will still have a Dunce Face." He replied with a laugh.
"No fair." Midoriya pouted as he crossed his arms in defeat.
"It wasn't a competition idiot." Bakugo said with a sigh as he admire the cute man next to him.
"Not with how fast you found them!" Midoriya retorted as Kirishima and Kaminari made their way towards the duo.
"Hey guys!" Kaminari yelled with excitement as he reached his two friends.
"How was your first campus tour?" Kirishima questioned as he draped his small bag over his shoulders.
"Dumb." Bakugo spat in reply. His mood dropped instantly when they had met up. Kirishima and Kaminari didn't do anything wrong, he was just really enjoying his time with Midoriya. He wasn't ready for it to end quite yet.
"It wasn't that bad. The only bad thing were the dorms." Midoriya replied as he opened the back door for the red head and blonde to set their bags down.
"Why are dorms a bad thing?" Kirishima questioned as he threw his bag on the seat.
"We live in them now." Kaminari added.
