After my shower I started the long routine of managing my unruly curls.
When I looked up the restaurant I noticed it seemed a little more dressy, so I decided on a black embroidered jumpsuit and some short heels.

~ I make it to the restaurant 10 minutes before 6 and send a text to the phone number Kai gave me letting him know I'd be standing at the front of the restaurant.
I get out of the car and walk up to the front seeing the back of a very tall man. When he turns to his side I recognize him as Kai.
He was dressed in a light blue button up with long sleeves, black dress pants and black shoes to match. His hair was slicked back, and even in the clothes he was wearing I could tell he was very muscular.
The closer I got the more I found myself admiring him from head to toe. It was only when I was only a few feet away I realized he had been staring at me too.
He had this intense look in his eyes, and when my eyes finally met his I began to blush, he knew I was staring.
"So you do like what you see?" He asks with a smirk.
I roll my eyes and look down at my feet.
"You look gorgeous" he says raising his hand up to lift up my chin.
He looks me in the eyes and gives me a soft smile.
I step away from his touch that was giving me full body chills. He smiled at me almost like he knew the affect he had on me.
"Shall we go inside?" I ask turning my body towards the doors.
"We shall" he says walking along side me with his hand on the small of my back.
I got chills again from his touch, but this time I didn't step away.
Something about the way he touched me didn't make me feel uncomfortable, which is odd considering we only met a day ago. 2 weeks ago if you count the night I first saw him at the restaurant.
We step inside the restaurant which has a dim yellow lighting. Each table had a flickering candle in the center, and all the lights around the restaurant had a warm yellow undertone.
Kai gives his name to the host and she walks us to our table. The host shamelessly looks Kai up and down as he pulls out the chair for me to sit, then takes his seat.
