Ian's pov

"Why is it you seem to be around always?" I ask her as she slowly walked into the castroom. "Because I work here, always?" I chuckled. "It's 3 am. Shouldn't you be home?" She shakes her head. "Julie wanted me to film the scene where I was running from you... that requires it to be dark out. Meaning-"3 AM call time." "Bingo!" She was already in character, hair and make-up done. He character like all the other characters in the show had one thing that they wore every episode. Ours were either rings or bracelets and hers was this pearl hair clip. It was key to the character.

"Guess that explains why I've been asked to stay," I say and she nods. "How are you? I heard you on the phone." She said referring to earlier today when she had walked in on me on the phone to my ex again. "I'm fine," I say trying to be believable. How hard was it if she didn't know me? "Well if you ever need someone to talk to... That doesn't know you too well and won't judge you. My doors always open." "Is that you inviting me in." She laughed loudly and I couldn't help but smile at her laugh.

"Nice to see you two are still awake." "4alarms and 2 cans of Redbull." She says to Julie. And she laughed, though I think Elodie was being serious. "Let' get you both on set." I nodded grabbing my leather jacket from the back of the chair and following the two girls. Julie was giving Elodie directions. It was her first time filming late at night so there were a few things they needed to go over. Plus a running scene ahs to be filmed like 4000 times to get every angle. I guess she was explaining that too. Nini normally took around 3 breaks whilst filming a running scene I was expecting the same from the same physically looking girl.

"Right Ian just stand behind her and don't move." I nodded as an intern moved my limbs into the stance they wanted me in, it was a running position but I wasn't allowed to move. it's to help the special effects but also to make it easier to slice the scene so it doesn't look choppy when they edit it. I would chase after her once or twice and that will be it. I got the easier job. "Right Elodie... You ready." She nodded. "Rolling. Quiet on the set." And then she used the clacker board to signal the start of the scene. Countered us down before Elodie had to run. She had to run around 100 meters as a cameraman road along a track with the big camera. It wasn't an easy task on her behalf. But she ran it pretty quickly. "reset!" Julie called and she came back to her first position. "Speedy." "What can I say, I just really don't want your vampire ass to bite me." We both laughed before take two got announced and she was off again.

This happened around 10 times, getting it from a few different angles. Before I was allowed to move. I chased after her and that somehow made her run fast. We did a few shots like this before Elodie was taken to sit down and wrapped in a thick blanket whilst I filmed the running scene so my vamp running could be edited. I don't know how she ran that so many times without a break. I was dying and I had only done it twice. "Losing your touch Ian." I rolled my eyes as I rested my hands on my knees trying to get my breath back. Someone handed me a drink before we were rolling again. And we finished.

"You two have anywhere to be?" Julie asked. I looked at Elodie and she looked at me. "Nope," I said. "Elodie." "No?" "Let's do the scene that follows on from that, saves you coming back tomorrow morning." We both nodded and took a slow walk to the other side where we had just run to. We were in the woods so it was hard to walk without breaking your ankle but we managed. "It's so cold." She complained pulling the blanket around her tighter. She was only in a nurses Halloween outfit so there wasn't much that was keeping her warm. I wrapped my arm around her to use my body heat to keep her warm. "Thanks." She said politely. "It's okay, it's freezing you're keeping me warm too." We both laugh as we arrived and then the blanket was taken from her.

"Elle if we can have you against the tree here." Tessa a director asked and showed her how to stand and Elodie imitated her. "And then Ian, one hand her the other here." She said placing my hand above her head holding all my body weight as my other handheld a stick of some sort as if I was going to stab her.
