This, is Gourd, the first of the Chibi Pups!
And yes, he has a screw stabbed into his head, that's why a mean by light gore warning. Gourd is a boyo who once worked as a mechanic, have a screw fall, and stab his hear open. He can't remove it or else he'll bleed out-
