"We are here for the trail of Shinso Hitoshi. I am Riku Kato, I will be the judge of this trail. May both sides state their names and goals."

A guy with dark purple hair stood up.

"I will go first your honor. I'm Itsuki Kenji, I'll be representing my client Shinso Hitoshi. Our goal for this trail is to prove my client's innocence and to wed his mate."

Itsuki bowed and then sat down. Then a guy with blue hair stood up.

"I'm Eiichi Akio your honor, I'll be representing my client Bakugou Katsuki. Our goal is to expose the crimes Mr. Shinso has committed to my clients fiancée and to have him punished by the law."

He soon bowed at sat down too.

Riku: "Lets begin with the charges alleged against Mr. Shinso."

Riki picked up a folder and opened it up.

Riku: "Charge number 1, intervened between two houses engagement. Charge number 2, used his pheromones to overwhelm an omega into submission. Charge number 3, mated with an unwilling omega. Charge number 4, had sexual intercourse with an unwilling omega. Mr. Itsuki, you have the floor."

Itsuki stood up, a smirk evident on his face.

Itsuki: "Thank you your honor. My client was the only one to legally register for a courtship with Midoriya Izuku, the omega in this case. Not to mention that the engagement between the two house were made the recent night. My client had no idea of this engagement. As for the pheromones, we all know about fated mates. There are documented cases in where the alpha and omega had no control over their pheromones. As for the rest of the charges, the overwhelming pheromones from both the alpha and omega can lead to sexual intercourse, with no objections. I conclude your honor."

The judge simply nodded his head. That's when the other guy stood up.

Eiichi: "Your honor, what Itsuki said may sound like this case is open and shut but, I have another story to this. Midoriya Izuku was to enter courtship with two others. The reason he didn't is because before entering courtship with Bakugou household he discovered that he was fated mates with Bakugou Katsuki."

*gasps*

Riku: "How can that be? The omega can't be fated mates with two individuals."

Eiichi: "That is why, Midoriya Izuku is not fated mates Shinso Hitoshi but, a fated pair. Which means that Shinso used this to boost his pheromones and overwhelm the omega with them. Other than that, the omega has never been in his heat before. Triggering his heat like that is going against his own will. Not to mention, I have evidence of the omega  being unconscious. Not to mention that he does reject Mr. Shinso and calls out for Mr. Bakugou."

Riku: "Present your evidence then."

They pulled out a television into the room. Eiichi pulls out a tape and it shows Izuku and Shinso in the mating area. Everyone could see the omega being carried into the room, unconscious. Not to mention the times where Izuku pushed Shinzo away and calling out for Bakugou. Everyone was shocked.

Eiichi: "To conclude, I have also called the omega in question for today's hearing. Do not worry, no one has spoke to him about the case. I had a bodyguard make sure of that. So, I call Izuku Midoriya to the stand."

Shinso: "Izuku!"

Shinzo knew the omega would express his feelings to be with Bakugou than to be with him.

Eiichi: "Good morning Mr. Midoriya."

Izuku: "Good morning..."

Eiichi: "I've called you to the stand so we can hear from you. We could argue all we want but in the end, it's the omegas decision who they want to mates with. I'll ask some questions okay, you just answer as truthfully as you can."

Izuku: "O-Okay..."

Eiichi: "About a week ago, do you remember what caused you to go into heat?"

Izuku: "I remember Shinso lightly touching my hand. I got overwhelmed with my own pheromones and then smelled two alphas going into rut."

Eiichi: "Can you identify these two alphas?"

Izuku: "It was Shinso and Kach—I mean, Bakugou."

Itsuki: "Objection! The witness changed his statement mid sentence. I would say that's tampering with the evidence."

Riku: "Mr. Eiichi?"

Eiichi: "What were you going to say Mr. Midoriya?"

Izuku: "Shinso and Kacchan..."

Eiichi: "Who is Kacchan?"

Izuku: "Bakugou Katsuki, it's a nickname I gave him when we were young."

Riku: "Over ruled."

Eiichi: "So you've known Mr. Bakugou since a young age?"

Izuku: "Yes, we even promised to be mates back then. Granted we didn't do it properly but.....I still want to be his mate."

Eiichi: "I conclude your honor."

Riku: "Anything to add Itsuki?"

Itsuki: "No....your honor."

Riku: "With that said the jury may come to a conclusion."

The jury stood up and for a few minutes they discussed. It was very evident what the verdict was. They walked out into the courtroom.

"With the evidence and cases presented we find Shinso Hitoshi guilty on all charges."

Riku: "Alright the sentence is 5 years with a restraining order. You are not allowed to be near Midoriya Izuku and no contact is allowed. Dismissed."
