Atlast the evening approached , sumedh was eagerly waiting for that eve because he thought to impress Mallika. The event was organised by sumedh and seriously it was one of beautiful party.
While sumedh was in lift and coming to the party floor , he meet with Mallika. Sumedh was fond of song so he had his headphone with him . As soon as he entered to the lift he gently put down headphones.

Sumedh (with lifting hand): hi, Mallika

Mallika (with a gentle smile):oh , hi

Sumedh : in this dress , you are looking gorgeous

Mallika : oh ! Thanks

Sumedh : btw I'm happy that you come

Mallika:peheli party hai, kase miss kar deti

Mallika had a formal smile in her face and sumedh had a regular look.

Mallika : waise gana sun rahe the

Sumedh : ha , woh actually I love song , gana sune bina main rehe nhi pata

Mallika: bapre , hmmm-ummmm, your favourite singer

Sumedh : Arijit Singh, I think he steals million of hearts.

Mallika :yeah that's true and coincidentally I'm also a big fan of him

Suddenly the door of the life opened and they reached to the party floor.

Mallika came out of the life and called for sumedh

Mallika: aap nahi aayenge

She looked at the floor

Mallika: yehi floor hai na?

Sumedh : ha, ha ...main aata hu

Sumedh couldn't even think that the whole party , Mallika would celebrate with him. She took a seat with sumedh and his colleague.
The music was too loud and every body was in their own mood. This trio was sitting apart from all.

Sumedh : mallika , aap ko party karna pasand hai

Mallika : ha , bohot

Sumedh : to aap yeha baithe hai humare saath ,kyu

Mallika: wo , main kisi ko janti nahi na , isiliye, vse aap logon ko pasand nhi kya

Colleague : nahi , party kise karni , main to yeha muft ki daru pine aata hu

Mallika chuckled.

Sumedh : shut up

Sumedh embarrassed infront of Mallika.

Sumedh : hmmm... Mallika aap chaho to party kijiye...sab achhe hai yeha

Mallika : ha , zarur karungi but next time , vse bhi main to yeha aayi hu kuch naya karne ke liye

Bohot kuch karna hai zindagi mei....jina hai ....khuli hawa mei saas lena hai ... dher Sara masti karna hai

Sumedh : bas, bas samjh gaya

Colleague: ha , ha , kuch zyada hi samjhta hai

Mallika looked at that akaward word

Sumedh : don't take him seriously, tbh I'm here for necessary purpose. Actually I'm an engineer.... Hardware.... To maintain the basic needs I'm here otherwise I've no interest in this ...aur agar possible ho to main bohot zald ye job chod dunga

Mallika: achha , samjhi ,vse aap uss jab ke liye matlab engineering job ke liye try to kar rhe ho na

Sumedh : ha, side by side

There was a long pause and in that time the colleague took a peg of beer and be busy with that

Mallika : aap yeha akele rehete ho

Sumedh : ha, abhi tak koi gf nhi hai

Mallika : maine srif family members,iss basic pe pucha

Sumedh : oh , achha , sorry ,main alag track chala gaya tha

Mallika made a poker face.

Mallika : ha,dikh raha hai

Sumedh : ji (feeling embarassed)
Vse appka pyaar ke mamleme kya bichar hai

Mallika: I don't believe on love...it doesn't exist...I can't feel or see love...that is it seriously

Sumedh : why

Sumedh became silent because he blindly believed at love and didn't want to hurt Mallika by his reply. The colleague listened to it carefully and drank as much as he wished.
