At Sarawat's Place....

"I'm home my baby...."

"Sarawat" Tine whispers in worry as he hugs Sarawat who was crying as he clings to him.

"I..." Sarawat

"Sarawat, what happened? Why are you so shaken ?" Tine asked in worry as he rubs Sarawat's back.

"Tine.... I need to tell you something... please, please don't hate me or leave me" Sarawat whispers as he hugs Tine tightly

"Let's get inside first" Tine whispers, he didn't know what happened to make Sarawat so upset but he was scared that Sarawat may get sick if he remained in his wet clothes

Tine forced Sarawat to change and then grabbed a towel to dry Sarawat's hair, Sarawat quietly sat on the ground while Tine was in bed.

(A/N; Many of you thought it's Day 😏😏 but it's Sarawat 🙃🙃)

"You scolded me but look! Here you are wet like a dog!" Tine complains as he gently dries Sarawat's hair

"Tine... if I... if I ever did something wrong just to protect you... will you still hate me?" Sarawat asked as he turns his head to look at Tine

"My Sarawat will never do anything to hurt me" Tine said while laughing

"Tine I'm serious... what if..." Sarawat said with seriousness, Tine stops laughing and looks at Sarawat as he spoke

"It depends upon what you did.... if it was really something that change our life's then I might not be able too... but I can never remain upset with you"

Sarawat became quiet and looked at the ring in his finger, "All done, come on! I will make breakfast" Tine said as he stood up

Suddenly Sarawat grabs Tine's hands and makes him sit on bed again, "Sarawat?" Tine calls his name in confusion

"My baby..... that's what Day used to call you, right?" Sarawat asked while smiling sadly

Tine looked at Sarawat in confusion and then leans down to cups Sarawat's face

"Sarawat... why are you talking like this?" Tine asked gently as he caresses Sarawat's cheek

"There is... there is something about My family that you hidden for you....." Sarawat shakes as he continues to speak, Tine looks Sarawat in worry and spoke

"That's okay, your family doesn't matter to me.... What matters is you" Tine smiles but Sarawat doesn't smile back.

"Tine.... Guntithanon has two heirs. They have twins, Day and Sarawat are not the same person" Sarawat said while trembling due to fear, Tine let go Sarawat's face and moved away in shock.

Few hours ago......

Sarawat was on waiting for his order at the cafe when he received call from Luke, Sarawat was confused by the unusual timing and picks up the call

"Hello, P'Luke?"

"Sarawat, Day is out of coma" Luke said straightforwardly

"What?!" Sarawat shouted in shock

"Last night we received sudden requests for blood from Phuket, later when I investigated I found out that Day's condition was getting critical and he need immediate blood transfusion" Luke told Sarawat everything.
