Leona: I should leave more marks on you just like the one I made, maybe even have you all to myself [traces his fingers against Roxana's stomach] Don't worry, I'll take good care of you
Roxana: 'Someone, please... Anyone...'

Ruggie: Leona! Where are you?
Roxana: [gasp] 'Ruggie, he's here'
Leona: Tsk, we'll finish this some other time, oh, and by the way. Tell anyone what happed in this garden, I'll find you and punish you
Roxana: [gulp] O-Okay

Leona got off of me and helped me up when all of a sudden, Ruggie found us.

Ruggie: Leona
Leona: Huh?
Ruggie: Ah, there you are. It's time for your remedial lessons, y' know
Leona: Ugghh... The annoying one's here
Ruggie: Hm? Oh hi Little Cub [hugs Roxana]
Roxana: H-hi Ruggie, nice to see you
Ruggie: It's always nice to see you too. As for you [looks at Leona] it's cause you keep failing, Leona. If you keep getting held back we're gonna be classmates
Leona: Knock it off already. I don't need lectures from you
Ruggie: I don't enjoy nagging you! You'd have no prob if you just tried. Whatever, let's go. We'll see you soon, Little Cub
Leona: Tsk... We'll see you soon too Roxie, [kiss her neck] [whispers into her ear] don't forget our little secret

I felt a chill go down my spine, as Leona let go of me and kissed my cheeks, he left with Ruggie waving goodbye to me. I waved back and watch them leave, once they finally left, I went up to the tree and help Grim out. After a while, I managed to pull him out.

Grim: Ffgnaa!! I'm sweating bullets! What's with that intimidating caretaker!?
Roxana: I don't think he's the caretaker. I think it's Mae. Ow!
Grim: [ears perk] Roxie! Are you okay!?
Roxana: Y-Yeah, I'm fine, it's just- Ow!
Grim: Woah! That's a bad injury, we need to take you to the infirmary!
Roxana: No, it's okay, I'm fine
Ace: We found a basket of things over there!
Deuce:... Did something happen to you two?
Grim/Roxana: Yes- No!
Deuce: Which is the answer?
Grim/Roxana: Yes- No!
Ace: Hey, Roxie, why is your leg bleeding
Roxana: It's nothing! I just trip and fell!
Grim: Liar! She got bit by that- Ow!
Roxana: be quiet!
Ace: Someone hurt you? Who did it?
Roxana: It was no one, can we just get the baskets and get going!?
Grim: Ah, that's right! The chestnuts! Our tart will get smaller if we don't get a bunch. We'll talk more about our encounter with the caretaker while we work
Roxana: NO WE WILL NOT!!!!

And just like that, we left to go collect some chestnuts while Grim kept telling them what happened, I kept flicking his forehead to keep it quiet but he refused.

Grim:... That's what happened
Roxana: I TOLD YOU NOT TO TELL THEM!!!
Ace: There is absolutely no way that was the caretaker
Grim: If I think back now that I've calmed down that guy was wearing a yellow vest so he must be from the Banana* Dorm
Deuce: Banana... Does he mean Savanaclaw? Is it just me or are there a lot of delinquents at Night Raven College...?
Ace: Let alone he kicked Grim into a hole if you didn't see what happened to Roxie. What did happen to you, Roxie?
Roxana: Nothing! Nothing happened!!
Ace: Then where did you get that fresh bite mark on your thigh
Roxana: No where!!
Ace: [sigh] You're never gonna tell us what happens, are you?
Roxana: Just drop it, okay! [whispers] It's not like anyone's going to care anyway
Ace:... [sigh] Our chestnut pile is pretty big. Let's get them back to Trey!
Grim: Nyah! This tart is gonna be awesome!

Grim hopped onto my shoulder as we walked to Heartslabyul dormitory, when we arrived, Ace lead us to the kitchen where Trey was waiting for us.

Trey: Welcome back. You picked quite a bit
Grim: With this, we can make a huge tart!
Trey: Peeling all this is going to be a challenge but... Let's get to it. Oh! And here Alice, an apron for you
Roxana: Thanks
Deuce: All of this... There's no end in sight...
Trey: Making sweets is all about preparation
Ace: Yeah yeah, we get it! I'm so ready to get this over with!
Roxana: Don't worry Deuce, I used to cooking, so I'm familiar with making a tart. Now [claps her hand together] let's get to work!

I placed the apron on and we got to work and I made the crust for the tart, I was so focused on making the crust that Trey decided to help me too. After that, Ace, Deuce, and Grim went go get a couple of ingredients for the tart.

Roxana: Hey Trey, I was hoping if I'm able to take a tour around the Dormitory
Trey: [smile] Well Roxie, the dorm leader was pleased when he heard about your interest in taking a tour around the dorm. How bout the day of the Unbirthday Party
Roxana: That should be fine, I'm sure Mae Senpai will be pleased
Trey: By the way, how come no boys haven't come up to you go ask you out?
Roxana: [blush] W-W-Well... The truth is... I don't really think I'm beautiful... My stepmother would force me to go to beauty pageants and purposely make fun of me, she would call me "ugly", "stupid", "horrible", and even "worthless". And everyone would laugh at me, it pains me so much because a mother should never treat her child like that, not even my real mom would say things like that to me

I felt a couple of tears forming in my eyes as I cried, just thinking about the horrific memories of my step mom's actions just makes me wanna leave this world. I cried for what felt like hours and suddenly felt Trey wrapped his arms around my shoulders as his head lay on top of my head, I somehow found it comforting but also sweet of him to do.

Trey: You're not ugly, Roxana, you're the most beautiful person in the world. So yes there are going to be people like that, but that doesn't mean they are true [turns Roxana around] Cause you're the most extraordinary girl, Roxana, like a beautiful rose that blooms so beautifully, you're the sweet and innocent princess that we all adore
Roxana: Trey... I

... Roxie... My dear Roxie... you're the sweet and innocent princess that we all adore...

Roxana: [closes her eyes slowly]... M-Mom...

No One's P.O.V

Roxana passed out into Trey's arms, and he noticed Roxana said "Mom", she was probably thinking about her real mom. Trey gently picked her up and carried her to a guest bedroom where he gently places her on the bed, takes off her shoes and the apron she was wearing, he pulled the covers carefully and wrap them around Roxana's body while she cuddles a plush white rabbit. He then kissed her forehead and shut off the lights, closed the door, and walk back to the kitchen to finish the tart.

// TIME SKIP //

While the boys and Grim were adding the finishing touches, Grim took notice that Roxana wasn't around.

Grim: Hey, where's Roxie?
Ace: Hm? Now that you mention it, she isn't here? Where is she!?
Trey: Relax, she's in the guest room fast asleep
Grim: Oh, that's good. Wait! What time is it!?
Trey: Ummm... It's already Evening, why?
Grim: Mae Senpai needs us home by nightfall. If we don't get back home now! We're going to be in so much trouble!!
Ace: I'll carry Roxie on my back, just lead us to where Roxie is
Trey: alright
Cater: take good care of our little Alice

Trey leads them to the guest room where Ace carried Roxana while Deuce carried the tart, her shoes, and school bag, as they travel to the Ramshackle Dorm, they made it in time to place Roxana in her room and leave her there so she can sleep while Grim promised to let Mae know that they arrived home. Once they finally left to sleep in the Lounge, Grim went upstairs and up to Roxana's bed when he looked at Roxana's peaceful face when she's asleep, it reminded him of so much of the person who took care of him when no one else did.

... You poor poor thing... I'll take very good care of you, no one deserves to be hurt like that... I'll protect you...

Grim: She took care of me when no else did, but now she's gone, and who knows when she'll come back... Maybe this is a sign telling me that Roxana can take good care of me... After all, she treats me so well just like she did
