Clary's pov
I went to the pandemonium to find jace and get him back to the institute , but what I saw broke my heart .

Jace kissing a blonde and Dosent even notice me . I went up to them and tapped on jace's shoulder , he turns around and I slapped him hard , then I turned on my heels and left the pandemonium .

I don't even feel anything , I don't feel the heartbreak . I went to the back of the alley and stood there .

" Avalon " someone called
That someone had companions with him , who is he and how does he know my real name ?

" How do you know my name ? " I asked , the boy simply smiled and introduced himself ignoring my question .

" I'm Edward " he said , then he introduced the three boys with him .

" This is Rayden " pointing to the boy with black shaggy hair " this is Jason " Edward says pointing to another boy with high cheekbones and Brown messy hair which in a way suits him

" This is Aden " Edward says pointing to the last one with blonde hair and blue eyes . Edward has brown hair and blue and green eyes which looked beautiful .

" Would you like to come with us ? " Edward asks , I don't have anywhere to stay so I said " yes "

Edward made a portal and I gasped
" What ? " he asked , " I thought I was the only shadowhunter who could do that " I said and he just laughed and shook his head

He went in the portal and I followed after Rayden , Aden and Jason . their institute is modern and Dosent look ancient and old like new yorks .

It looks high tech , " It is " Edward says
" What is ? " I asked , " it is high tech "
He replied

" How did you ? You can read minds ? " I asked shocked , " I can read minds and talk in them " he says

" But I can't only read your mind and these three " he says pointing to them
" Ok well Aden will show you to your room " Edward said

I followed Aden , " Hi " he said
" Hi " I replied , " so what do you think of Edward ? " He asked

" He seems like a leader "I say
" He is , he's the rightful leader of shadowhunters , he the strongest of them all " he says

" So he's stronger than the clave ? " I asked , " Much stronger " he replies
" We're called the black hearts "

" Also know as the cullens " he added
" The Cullens ? " I asked , yes well you see our family name is Cullen " he says

" So you guys are related ? Brothers ? "
I asked , " no cousins " he says their last name is Cullen and the reason we know your real name will be revealed tommorow .

He stops in the middle of a door which I assume is my bedroom and says " goodnight Avalon " , Nods and leaves .
I like the Cullens , they seem friendly .

I open the door to my room and was amazed at how beautiful it looked .
It's huge !

There's a bathroom , a balcony , my own personal swimming pool , living area , kitchen and my bedroom .

I go into my bedroom and lay down on the soft comfortable bed . I think about living with the Cullens as I drift off to sleep .
