"Now then, Mr. Smith, a very good morning to you." Greeted Dr. Stoker as he walked up to the Doctor, who was lying in a hospital bed. Lorelai was sat in a chair next to the bed, distracted by the color pages she had been given earlier that day. "How are you today?" Stoker asked.

"Aw, not so bad. Still a bit, you know," the Doctor stuck his tongue out. "Blah."

"John Smith admitted yesterday with severe abdominal pains." Stoker told the group of medical students stood at the foot of the bed. "Jones, why don't you see what you can find? Amaze me."

A young dark skinned woman in a lab coat stepped up to the bed with a stethoscope. "That wasn't very clever, running around outside, was it?"

"Sorry?" The Doctor muttered in confusion. Lorelai looked up at her as well.

"On Chancery Street this morning. You came up to me and took your tie off."

"Really?" Doctor looked at his little companion. "What'd I do that for?" The little ash blonde girl shrugged.

"I don't know. You just did." Said Jones, putting the stethoscope on.

The Doctor shook his head. "Not me. I was here, ask the nurses."

Jones frowned. "Well that's weird, cause it looked like you. "Have you got a brother?"

"No, not anymore. Just me."

"As time passes, I grow ever more infirm and weary, Miss Jones." Stoker cut in.

"Sorry." Jones muttered. "Right..." she put the stethoscope on the right side of his chest and listened. She frowned in confusion and moved it to the other side. Heer eyes widened and she looked up at the Doctor who winked at her.

"I weep for further generations." Stoker sighed. "Are you having trouble locating the heart, Miss Jones?"

"Um..." She blinked. "I don't know.... stomach cramps?"

"That is a symptom, not a diagnosis." He corrected. "And you failed basic techniques by not consulting first with the patient's chart." He picked the chart up only to wince and drop it on the bed when it shocked him.

"That happened to me this morning." Said Jones.

"I had the same thing on the door handle." Said one of the male students.

"And me, on the lift." One of the women added.

"That's only to be expected." Said Stoker. "There's a thunderstorm moving in and lightning is a form of electricity, as was first proven by....anyone?"

"Benjamin Franklin!" Lorelai finally spoke and the Doctor beamed with pride.

"Correct!" Stoker smiled at the small girl.

"My mate Ben, that was a day and a half. I got rope burns off that kite." The Doctor started. "And then I got soaked...."

"Quite..."

"...and then I got electrocuted!"

Lorelai giggled as the the Doctor just smiled at them.

"Moving on." Said Stoker and him and the students started to walk away. "I think perhaps a visit from psychiatric." He whisper to one of the students.

Once they had all left, the Doctor turned his smile towards Lorelai. "Get my robe Little Lai, it's time to have a look around." She nodded and ran over to the chair it was draped over.
