Introductory:

In Aerium there's a festival that celebrated throughout the entire world.

Cowfering.

It's a simple event which is hunting a certain being that appeared in certain time.

The being is called Calden since
the ancient times.

Calden, as a rare monster, it's considered as a blessing upon a land because of its rich nutrient and the amount of meat it offers, along with the minions of Minotaur.

But at the same time it's a disaster that no one in S-rankers has confidence to kill them alone.

In that regards of power, it's often referred as powerful as mythical beings if it's not thanked for the mild nature all this time.

It's been two days since the occurence with the thugs. The day after i cleared them,
a group of D-rank adventurers found their remains.

According to Miss Emily, the remain is only shreds of their flesh. Looks like those beasts really hunger for their corpses.

Once this accident is spreaded, the entire guild become chaos, mostly the low rankers. Fortunately the situation is handled immediately by the guild with the help of A-rankers.

But still...Noone knows the truth that led the thugs into such state. The uproar itself is actually caused by that fact.

The Terror arms party is consist of three
C-rankers with many experiences of hunting eventhough their personality
are trash.

They're capable enough for clearing some quests in a day, sometimes they even clear a B-rank quest. B-rankers already look up to them as rival, to be more precise..

An Invader.

Since this accident is happened, many adventurers start their speculation of something terrifying out there (which's Me),
who can kill those bastards.

Besides the chaos, the guild also lose their manpower and reputation due to the sudden threat. Indeed, now adventurers demand insurance from the guild for their own safety.

Miss Emily really worried about me when telling all of them.

Despite all of that, there's good news, too. The stolen equipments on the thugs is given back to the respective owners. And fortunately noone realized that i gave the daughter's weapon to her oldman.

Hmm...they're really bothersome even after their death. A mere C-rank party can affect this much insecurities. Guess they really have influence within the guild, despite their rank. For normal newbies,
my action is really a reckless one.

But at least it's done without any troubles.
Couldn't expect any better. Though i still need to be careful from now on, since their accomplices are high nobles.

I should hasten my plans.

[While Yuki's still thinking about his future plans, he hears some bustling outside the window.]

"Wooah"
"It's the time, huh."
"I think it's around this month."
*Bustle bustle*

Hmm? What's the crowd outside about?

[Yuki looks at the crowd from his room on the second floor. His room coincidentally is facing an alley where the neighborhood residences located.]

The neighbors seems talking about something fun, they chuckle and hype around.
