It had been one week since Bee happened on the plane. Kojo hadn't called her yet. He always had this principle to let a lady cool off for a few days before reaching out. That way she'll know you aren't one of those boys that just want to get freaky because a little attention was given to them.
The Interview at STEM had been extremely successful and the pay the offered him was in six figures. He finally had news for Funke and his Dad, the later who was very pleased with him.
Taking out his phone he dialled Bee.
"Took you long enough," she said and they both laughed really hard.
They spent the next fifteen minutes talking about every and anything and it dawned on him that friendship is basically what you make of it.
