"Hm."

"Come in dearies." Mrs Hudson interupted our family reunion, much to my pleasure.

"Doctor John Watson." The other man - who I admit I didn't notice - introduced himself to me.

"Pleasured." I said, slightly bowing my head and shaking his hand.

"It's all mine." He said, trying to be polite.

"If you don't mind, Jasmine." Sherlock butted in.

"Aww Sherly, are you jealous? You're worried that I'll steal your friend." I mocked.

"I am not jealous, sister." He hissed.

"Sure, sure." I paused,

"Oh, and apparently I'm moving in with you both!" I smiled.

"No you're not."

"I think you'll find I am. Don't believe me? Ask the British Government."

"Wait, how can he ask the British government?" John asked.

"You certainly pick the idiots don't you?" I said, glancing at John then back to my brother.

"My brother, Mycroft Holmes, or more commonly known as the British Government." Sherlock informed his associate.

"..or Queen Mikey." I added.

Mrs Hudson came up the stairs to check on us, "What d'you think then, Dr. Watson? There's another bedroom upstairs if you'll be needing two bedrooms."

"Of course we'll be needing two." John said, looking quite shocked.

"Oh don't worry, dear, there's all sorts around here. Mrs. Turner next door's got married ones."

I was uncontrollably laughing at her remark.

"Don't laugh, it's perfectly alright." Mrs Hudson said, giving me a light poke, as she exited the flat.

"You didn't even correct her, Sherlock! Have you got the hots for a certain doctor?" I joked.

"I was thinking! I didn't hear her!" He fibbed.

We glared at each other challengingly.

"Ladies, ladies, calm down." John interjected.

I walked away from my ignorant brother and into the kitchen area to investigate it.

I got bored and texted Mycroft.

Bored. -JAH

I'm in a meeting with the Prime Minister, stop texting me. -MH

Tell him Jemma says hi! -JAH

NO. Stop bothering me. -MH

I love you too, brother dearest. -JAH

What do I have to do to make you go away? -MH

Hmm... -JAH

How about you tell me I'm your favourite sibling? -JAH

Fine. You are my favourite sibling. -MH

Good. I also want an MBE. -JAH

What?! No! -MH

I was joking. Obviously. -JAH

Stop now, please, Jasmine. You're putting me in a highly awkward situation. -MH

I stopped texting him for the sake of sanity and re entered the living space.

"Why are you texting Mycroft?" Sherlock inquired.

"Why is the sky blue?" I sarcastically challenged.

"That's not important."

"Likewise."

He sneered at me.

Mrs Hudson came back in, this time with a newspaper in her hand.

"How about these suicides then, Sherlock? I thought that'd be right up your street. Three excactly the same." She said.

"Four." He quickly corrected.

"What?" I said, walking to the window where he was standing. I saw a police car pull up and a man getting out.

"Theres been a fourth and theres something different this time."

"A fourth?" She exasperated.

A man in his mid 40's came trotting up the stairs.

"Where?" Sherlock asked the man.

"Brixton, Lauriston Gardens"

"Whats new about this one?"

"You know how they never leave notes?"

"Yeah."

"Well, this one did. Will you come?"

"Who's on forensics?"

"It's Anderson."

"Anderson won't work with me." Sherlock grimaced.

"He won't be your assistant."

"I need an assistant!"

"Will you come?"

"Yeah, I'll be there soon."

"Thank you." The man physically relaxed as he left the flat.

Sherlock looked to us.

"You're a doctor. In fact you're an army doctor." He stated to John, completely ignoring me.

"Yes."

"Any good?"

"Very good."

"Seen a lot of injuries then. Violent deaths."

"Well, yes."

"Bit of trouble too I bet."

"Of course. Yes. Enough for a lifetime. Far too much."

"Wanna see some more?"

"Oh god yes."

He looked to me. "Jasmine, you're coming too."

"You're not my boss." I retorted.

"I'm your elder brother - same thing."

"No. No, Sherlock stop it. I'm 26, I do not need your view on my life."

"Please, just come? I need you." He fakely pouted and gave me the puppy eyes.

"Fine. But you don't need me, I know for a fact you don't."

"Of course I do, your my baby sister."

"Don't get all soppy with me, sunshine! At least living with Mycroft I didn't need to do the legwork for my cases."

He rolled his eyes,

"Let's go."
