Sorry for the late update, I was gonna update yesterday but i went hospital with a broken wrist so sorry if this chapter isn't that long.
Mr Wonka and Charlie walked slowly back to the factory, hand in hand. It was late and swirling winds blew through the air. Charlie's eyes began to droop and mr Wonka noticed.
"You ok cocoa bean?" He asked
"Yeah just tired."
Carefully mr Wonka lifted Charlie into his arms and walked the rest of the way back. He softly kicked the door open and lay on the bed, Charlie fast asleep on his shoulder.
The next morning they both woke at the same time, sunlight peeking through the gaps in the curtains. Charlie sat up and kissed me Wonka's forehead before rushing to the kitchen, mr Wonka close behind him. They both sat on the counter eating pancakes and laughing when Charlie's parents walked in.
