You approached me when I was a wanderer with no strings attached to me
You hoped for me when I got lost in the night with lust on my lips
You confessed to me that your emotions are final
Amongst birds around me
I chose you still
For a reason unclear to me
But yet;
God gave a perfect timing for us to be together.
You loved me in my glory days
You loved me when I was at my best
You loved me when I was independent
You loved me when I cared no heartbreaks
You loved me when I loved myself
You loved me when I am a light soul of the day
You were sent for a reason. The love I seem to doubt a lot. The love I thought I didn't deserved. The love you convinced me that I am finally in the right place and the right moment to have. I didn't know that you were a blessing because I was comfortable with my past curse. You gave me a sense of tranquility. A place I rather call home. If I had foreseen your footsteps walking towards my tower and knocking on my door I would had accepted you with an open arms earlier than expected. Thank you for staying.
