"I... I hurt her, not physically... But I hurt her... I was stupid, reckless, selfish... And I hurt her... She had all right to leave me, I don't blame her for that. But I still... I want to be with her, even though I can't..." I then said, my voice being monotone. Toshinori didn't say anything, so I continued.

"You know. When I do all of these things, like clean the beach, I say that it is for the community, but there's something else. Deep down I want to bring her here... Part of me is doing this for her... " I finished.

That was the only way that I could put it. I miss her, I really do, but she left...

"It'll be alright." Toshinori then said, his voice reassuring. I looked at him in shock, before he continued.

"It'll get better.... But if she really means that much to you, let her know. Then, if it's meant to be, you'll find your way back to one another."

His voice was so reassuring, and his words were so clear. It was as if this course of action was the best.

But I still have doubts. He said if it was meant to be, but what if it isn't, and I don't think I can tell her how I feel... I don't know if it'll matter... Still, hearing those words from Toshinori helped a lot.

"Thanks Toshinori, I really needed that." I said, with a smile across my face. Toshinori's smile grew even brighter, as he suddenly buffed up.

"You're welcome! Keep up the good work, young man!" With his proud and booming voice. He was lucky that we were alone, or else people would've swarmed him in seconds. He Immediately returned to his skinny form, as he asked.

"So what will you be up to?" With a happier voice. I picked up on his happiness, as I answered.

"I'll continue cleaning, then I'll head to the gym." With a happier voice. Toshinori giggled a little, but before he could say anything I could feel my phone go off.

I picked it up, and saw a message from the chef.

"Did something happen?" Toshinori asked, his voice being neutral this time. I looked at him with a smile and answered.

"No, one of my co-workers asked me to deliver something for him." With a calm and truthful voice. Toshinori smiled, as he got up and said.

"Well, that's our que for leaving then." As he reached his hand out to help me up. I gladly accepted, and we were up and walking in no time at all.

. . .

Toshinori walked me to the restaurant, where the chef gave me what needed to be delivered. It was just some package, nothing in particular. After that I was on my own to go and get it delivered.

It went pretty quickly. It was apparently a vase that the chef had delivered for his aunt, who was surprised to see me deliver it.

Right now I was making my way to the gym, and I decided to jog. I went on for a while, until I noticed a school with students walking out. At first I was confused, until I realised that they most likely had remedial classes. I was going to leave, until I heard the sound of concrete cracking. I turned my head towards the source of the noise, but was horrified by the thing that I saw.

It was a massive figure in a cloak. He had his hand on the concrete wall in front of him, which cracked. His grip strength is incredible, it reminds me of a certain yakuza, but that wasn't the horrifying part. The bad part was the people that were trapped in the figure's shadow, two girls in school uniform. They must have left after remedial, but ended up being cornered by this monster.

"Point me towards the agency!" The monster bellowed, and now I was frozen. That voice was too familiar, and so was the figure itself. Monster, that is a pretty accurate description. Only a monster would willingly defend the devil. A monster, known as... Gigantomachia...
