"Are you weary, carrying a heavy burden? Then come to me. I will refresh your life, for I am your oasis. Simply join your life with mine. Learn my ways and you'll discover that I'm gentle, humble, easy to please. You will find refreshment and rest in me.

God always wants to tell this to you.

Tired? Weary?
Burdened? Feeling heavy?
"My child, come to Me. I will refresh you."

Take a pause when you're tired.
Your Father in heaven knows what you feel. You don't need to act strong.
Take a rest.

But remember, taking a pause doesn't mean you will stop and will go far to God. It seems the answer to your burden but at the end of the day, still you aren't able to feel the satisfaction. When you need God in good times, you need Him in hard times even more. We need God every single day.
