Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the LORD and not for men.
Colossians 3:23

In the ministry God has placed for me, I praise God for joy. That in and through me, He will be glorified. That's what I kept on praying for, that the enthusiasm on serving Him is always present.

In terms of other things we do (work, school, voluntaries, little things), sometimes we felt pressured. Why? It might be because we see them as something that must be appreciated by others. That must be seen by everyone. That you required others to look at you. We are obliged to do this, to do that, because of people. We've become distracted. Most of the time we realize it late that as we focus on the eyes of the people, not on Christ, insecurities, pride, pressure, laziness, doubt are starting to arise. Enthusiasm disappears. Because Jesus is not your focus anymore.

Go back to the cross.
Eyes on Jesus.

Jesus did not save us to become people-pleaser.
