Jiyeon didn't get it. Why would her mother let her unpack the day before she attends school when she's supposedly going to live in the school dorms. And there she was, sitting on her bed and pitied the maids who were packing her stuff again.
"I forgot about the dorms." Her mother just awkwardly chuckled. "But leave a little of your clothes behind, you can still come home whenever you want. In weekends or holidays."
After a series of reminders and warnings from her mother, like "Don't skip classes.", "Call me if you need anything or if someone bullies you, i'll slap them with my 10 frying pans.", and "Have fun and maybe find a boyfrie-"
No. She didn't even want to remember the last thing her mother said before she drove away to school. A boyfriend? It was definitely the last thing on her mind right now.
Jimin stayed the night with them and is now in the car with her, going together to school. He has been giddy and unable to calm himself because he said he had always dreamed about going to school together with Jiyeon. Which the younger thought was definitely weird for being excited over something so little but it was still cute.
Classes will be starting 2 days from now. This week is when the new students have to settle in their dorms and walk around the campus freely and make friends before school starts.
When they arrived, Jiyeon's mouth couldnt even close as to how shocked she was. The school was incredibly huge, bigger than malls probably. The gates were gigantic, and a logo with BH on it looked majestic. She admits, she's getting the "Princess Charm School" vibes from the place, knowing how she's a barbie whore since birth.
"Welcome to BH Royal University, sis!" Jimin happily shout, making people around them look their way but they seemed unbothered by it. Others were even giggling and smiling at him.
"Is this a castle or?"
Jimin chuckled. "That's what I thought the first time I came here. Looks magical, right?"
Jiyeon nodded, eyes never stopping to look around. "Well, you'll be suprised with how the school works and treats their students. You still have to learn a lot about it, besides the academics. But trust me, it's a dream studying here."
The younger hummed, unsure. "I guess." Considering how she doesn't have friends yet and she absolutely sucked in making friends, she bets she's gonna spend her college in isolation.
"Hey, don't be gloomy! I'll be here with you always! And besides, My friends will be your friends so you dont have to worry about a thing. They're handy sometimes."
Jiyeon hissed at him. "Sounds like your using your friends like objects."
Jimin shrugged. "Sometimes. We help each other a lot, many times and in many ways you cant even imagine. They have incredible family backgrounds, and backgrounds of themselves too. Like, if you want to have 6 boxes of strawberry milk? My friend Seokjin can give that to you in an hour."
She hummed actually impressed and snapped her fingers "Sounds interesting. Let me meet him."
The older chuckled and took her luggage. "Right after we settle you in your dorm."
They both went through series of buildings. She guessed that maybe half of Korea's college students studies here. Well it wasn't long until they got to the dorm building. The siblings went into the elevator and Jimin pressed the 47th floor. Just when the elevator was about to close, a hand karate chopped between it and it opened again.
"You didn't have to be that dramatic you know." Jimin deadpanned staring at the guy who was still in his ninja position.
After seconds of panting as if he just performed a 10 minute taewondo show, he finally stood straight and smiled. "Ohhh, Jiminie!" He beamed and walked in the elevator.
