After a while, he finally stood up and made his way to bed.

As soon as he hit the sheets, the smell of her that lingered on the sheets clouded his head.

Being so tired, her faint fragrance brought him comfort.

He missed her. A lot.

It hadn't hit Sebastian that she was missing in its entirety yet.

He spent all day looking for her but there was something about being alone at night that was different.

He was alone to process his thoughts.

With no distractions.

And for the first time in a long time, he felt how truly meaningless his life was alone without Arielle.

"I miss you." He muttered as he crawled under the sheets, "Where are you?"

His voice was faint but it cracked.

The thought of her sitting all alone in the same room broke him.

Though he wanted to believe she didn't shed any tears because of him, he knew it was all a lie.

She drowned herself in work with countless people to witness it.

As he imagined her returning late into the night, overworked and crying, his heart began to physically hurt.

Heartache wasn't something Sebastian believed to be a real thing till Arielle.

He found himself on her side of the bed; the closest he could be to her.

The open drawer caught his eye and he pulled it open to find her anxiety medication.

He lifted the old bottle he remembered to be full only to feel it nearly half empty.

His heart sunk.

Was she back on her medication?

Before he knew it, he felt a tear run down his cheek.

He truly felt lost.

"I miss you so much." He cried silently.

He didn't realize how much in a way he took her for granted.

She put up with so much. She left a lot to be with him.

Someone who couldn't protect her.

Someone who at a time where she was missing, still had meaningless girls calling him.

She put up with that.

Who in their right mind would?

He hated being vulnerable.

Yet for some reason, he missed the way he could be vulnerable around her.

Arielle bit her lip as she felt a hand slap across her cheek.

"That's for being such a piece of work to get. Say something." Anthony grunted at her silence, "If you had gotten out of the house a little sooner instead of being cooped up in that company, then this would've all gone smoother. You think you're too good to talk to me huh?"

As his hand lifted to strike her again, Zach held his brother's wrist, "I said that's enough."

Taking a sip of his drink he turned to Arielle, "When I offered you a drink, you should've taken it instead of pretending to be mute. See it's your fault, you made him mad."

Arielle glared at him, "Sebastian trusted you Zach."

Zach scoffed, "Yea right. He doesn't trust me at all. He doesn't trust anyone but you, not even Jaxon. Funny isn't it? He's been suspecting me for a while now."

"You know what's annoying about him though?" Zach asked, taking another sip of his drink, "He has everything. With that cold, heartless attitude of his, he managed to somehow get the money, the girls, the extravagant life, and even a woman like you."

Arielle continued to glare at him as he walked over to the table and picked up a bag.

"Very well, don't talk." He chuckled, "But stop looking at me with so much hatred with those pretty eyes of yours. Smile, I got you a gift."

She watched as he pulled out a two piece lingerie set from the brown paper bag.

"Now, I haven't decided what to do with you yet, but this is a start." He smirked, "Won't you look great in this?"

But before she could say anything he grinned, "Now, you can either obey and put this on yourself or I can have someone do it for you."

He tossed the pieces back in the back and through it in front of her just as Anthony grabbed her arms and zip-tied them behind her.

"I wonder if Sebastian is losing his mind looking for you right now." Zach pondered out loud, "Or if he's even bothered to look for you at all."

"Sebastian! Sebastian! Wake up!" A voice yelled as the pounding on his door echoed throughout the house, "Sebastian! Sebast—"

"What–Mother." Sebastian groaned, "Mother, why are you here?"

"Arielle!" She exclaimed, "She's here right Sebastian? Tell me she's here! I was out dress shopping with her and the next thing I know, I'm in bed and the private doctor is asking me these questions about whether or not I've known that I've been drugged."

Sebastian's eyes darkened as he listened to his mother frantically scream as she looked around the house, "I asked them about Arielle but they said they had found me alone in the fitting room after the staff called saying I passed out after having too much to drink. They said I had came in alone but I was with Arielle, I–"

"Mother, calm down, tell me in detail what happened." He asked his mother with his arms stabilizing her by hold down on her shoulders.

To his surprise, his mother pulled him into a hug as she bursted into tears, "Not to mention, I missed you. I couldn't stop looking and worrying for you. How could you do that to your own mother?"
