I wake up groggily and stretch out my arms as I let out a yawn. I look over at my alarm clock sitting on my bedside table, which reads 5:00am. I get out of bed and get changed. I walk down the stairs of the bunker and look around. I seem to be the only one awake. I go to the kitchen and make myself and the boys a coffee.

Once the coffee is ready, I walk to the bunker library and take a sip. I sit down and open up my laptop, trying to find a case to work on. As I read through the news, I hear footsteps heading my way. I turn my head to see a sleepy-looking Sam. "Morning sunshine!" I say to him and I hand him his coffee.

He tiredly chuckles and takes the coffee. He takes a seat next it me and examines the laptop screen, and my cheeks start to heat up at the closeness. "Have you found a case?" he asks in his husky morning voice, which makes me smile. "I think so, people have mysteriously gone missing in a forest in Nebraska, I'm not sure what it is but I think it might be a Wendigo, but we should check it out." I reply. "Sounds like a plan." Sam says, smiling.

I go upstairs to wake up Dean. I open his bedroom door and see him sleeping in his bed, sound asleep. I go over and shake his shoulders. "Wake up sleeping beauty, we've got work to do." I say. He lets out a groan, "What time is it?" he mumbles. "5:15"
"What is with you and Sam? Always waking up at unholy hours." he says. "Whatever." I chuckle and smile at the mention of Sam.

I go downstairs and Dean follows behind me. We get the flare guns and load them into the Impala outside. Sam glances over at me at one point which makes me blush. "I call shotgun!" I suddenly shout and head for the passenger seat of the Impala. I hear Sam groan as he sits in the back and Deans sits in the drivers seat and I laugh.

The Winchesters have always been like brothers to me, ever since they saved me from a demon a few years back and it killed my family, they practically adopted me and looked after me. They then taught me how to protect myself and I became a hunter like them. I've always kind of had feelings for Sam but I try to ignore them because when you're a hunter, it's best not to get too close to people.

Once we arrive at the forest, we grab the flare guns and torches out of the Impala, we then walk to the campsite to look for clues. We split up and look for any trails or leads. "Be careful." Sam tells me before we split. "I'll be fine, Sam." I send him a reassuring smile as we all walk our separate ways.

I walk deeper into the woods when I hear rustling in the bushes. I hold up my flare gun at the ready, when something rushes past me. A Wendigo. Suddenly something grabs my ankles and I scream before I'm knocked out cold.

I wake up with my arms tied up above my head and my legs dangling in the air. I look around and see that I'm in a cave. I see a few other people hanging unconscious from the cave roof .I suddenly see a figure coming towards my direction. It's the Wendigo. It's ugly and terrifying face comes close to mine and my heart begins to race faster. It suddenly lifts it's arm and cuts along my stomach with its claws. I let out a scream as it continues it's agonising assault until I'm out cold once again.

"Y/n, come on y/n, wake up, please." I open my eyes to see hazel ones staring down at me full of concern. "Sam."I say softly as he puts his hand up to my face and examines me. I look around to see that I'm still in the cave. "Did you kill it?" I ask him and he nods in response, "Can you get me down now?" I ask again, still hanging from the roof by my hands. "Oh, right."

He grabs a knife from his pocket and brings it up to the rope. It's let's go and I fall onto Sam's broad shoulder, which sends pain up my spine. "Sorry." he says. He carries me out of the cave and I grip my arms around his neck and nuzzle my face in the crook of his neck.

Once we get to the Impala, Dean is waiting in front seat. "Took you lovebirds long enough." he says and we both blush. Sam opens the door to the backseat and sets me down, then sits next to me. I begin to feel drowsy and I lean my head on Sam's shoulder. "Thanks Sam." I say smiling at him. "That's okay, go to sleep now." he says rubbing his thumb along my jawline and planting a kiss on my forehead before I fall asleep.
