Izzy smiles "I've never seen a mundane throw witch light at a vampire or kick them in the nose"
"Does that mean I now own that virginity? Wait means I stole all of your virginities right?" I say looking at Alec.
"If they weren't so keen on the cup you'd be dead" he says
"Survivors luck?" I ask with my shoulders raised. "Btw if the time comes. I'm letting people take your ass"
Clary comes and hugs me "don't do that ever again. You and Simon are the only people I have left" she says crying. I see jace with a small frown on his face.
"I can't make promises with me being me. It bound to happen some other time" I say joking
"You're not wrong" Alec says
"Can you drive?" Clary asks "I don't have a permit" she says shyly
"Yeah Sure" I say.

"I'm never driving with you again" Alec say getting out of the van stumbling on his way out.
"Why not?" I say pouting
"You ran all the lights, stops and went the wrong way on a one way" he says
"And let's not forget the cop chasing us on 5th street" he says
Izzy hops out of the van "that was fun" she says with a wide smile.
"See Alec "fun" I'll leave you a research paper on it because I'm that nice" I say
We walk into the institute. "How are shadowhunters better than mundanes?" Clary seethes
"Because we protect mundanes" Izzy replies
"Well great job guys" she snaps beside me like an anger mom that is protecting her child.
"Mundanes are supposed to have some kind of common sense" Alec says bluntly
"Ouch" I say
Clary looks like a rabid animal ready to rip Alecs throat out for that comment.
After a bit of bickering clary grabs my wrist and drags me towards the lift. "Not this again" I whine
"Let Beth go" Alec says furiously
"Beth is coming with me to save Simon. Right Beth?" She says knowing I'm going to agree with her
"Yup" I say she nods and drags me over again.
Alec grabs his magic demon killing wand. "Let her go Clarisa morganstern" he growls
"What are you going to do kill me?" Clary says sizing him up.
"I will if you don't let her go" he says Putting the wand to her throat.
Oh shittt
"Alec stop" jace says trying to push him of. what? Defending I assume clary. He pushes Alec off her.
