Sometimes in fear, we become the same person. At that time there might be a billion ways to get over it but will all find it difficult to gain the knowledge of fear and to remember it. By why is it fear's knowledge that we push away? Because we fear that overcoming fear only makes the fear worse. And that's why fear is a confusing thing to have.
