Lisa's POV

Perhaps it was love at first sight? 

Oh come on, here I am again thinking about that girl earlier at the school play. I just can't believe that someone like her really exist. I mean, she was perfect. She can act, sing, dance and she was drop dead gorgeous. But the problem is, she is the one and only Jennie Kim, the queen bee of the Talents and Arts Department. While me, well, I actually excel in all my subjects. And yes that is a problem, I'm just known as a nerd. It's almost the end of this school year so I didn't really expected myself to have a crush on someone.

Let me introduce myself, I am Lalisa Manoban. My friends call me Lisa. Wait, I don't exactly have friends, but i have Park Chaeyoung, my bestfriend who is one year older than me. 

I'm gay. That's obvious isn't it? Okay, enough with these. I should go and have lunch.

I went to the cafeteria and there I saw my bestfriend with some of her classmates. "Hey Chaeng!" she didn't even look at me because she was busy eating. This girl really loves her food more than anything. "Yah Lisa, there's something weird about you today", she said with her mouth full. "Oh come on, can't you fucking swallow your food before talking-- ah btw, i have a crush", she just looked at me like I said something stupid. "So that's why you're acting weird today huh? So who is he?" I haven't actually told Chaeng that I'm gay, though she told me that she is actually bi. "That's a secret." she whined and continued teasing me about my crush. "Fine, I'll tell you later.

After class, I saw Chaeyoung waiting for me outside the classroom. Although she is older than me, she doesn't want me to call her unnie because she said it makes her feel old. "I thought your class ends at 3 o' clock? It's already 4 PM" she complained. "Yah, I should be the one complaining about that. Mr. Choi got mad at us because we got failing scores in our summative test that's why he made us solve a bunch of problems." I continued telling her about my day. On our way outside the school, I saw Jennie again going out of their building. She doesn't have her make up on anymore but she looks even more stunning. I noticed that she is with a guy. They look close since she is holding her arms and they are laughing together about something.

"Yah! Lisa!! Are you listening to me?" I finally got on my senses because of Chaeng's loud voice. "Can you please lower down your voice!" I complained while rubbing my ears. "Do you like Kai? You were literally drooling over him earlier" she said with a knowing look. "Who's Kai?" I don't really know who she is talking about. "That guy with Jennie Kim" Chaeng told me. "Wait, are they dating?" I felt sad knowing that my one and only crush might be taken by someone already. "I don't really know but many people said that Kai likes Jennie. So do you like him?"

"Uh Chaeng, I actually like someone else." I told her while looking at the ground. I kinda feel shy telling my bestfriend about my first high school crush. "Who is it?? Do I know him? Come on, tell me already!" she whined.

"Jennie"........she looked at me, obviously confused. "I like Jennie. She's the one I was talking about earlier. Our class watched their play earlier and I just fell in love with her." she was still looking at me without saying anything. "Yah, say something Rosiee!!" 

"So you're gay?" she asked me but I can't really figure out her emotions. "Uhm, yes? I think?" she suddenly hugged me and started jumping happily but I was confused when she suddenly stopped. "But I didn't hear anything about Jennie being gay. I think you broke rule no. 1, you liked someone who is straight."
