Mae's POV:

"Who the hell are they,Lucas?!"I asked. Nakayuko kaming mga babae sa upuan. Hindi ako pinansin ni Lucas at tumingin lang sa likod.

Mabilis ang patakbo ni Clifford sa sasakyan para walain yung mga nakasunod samin. Patuloy pa rin ang pamamaril ng mga nakasunod samin.

"Lau,Flora,Laine! Are you guys okay?" I asked and they shouted yes but I can sense fear in their tone.

"How many cars are following us?" galit na tanong ni Lucas.

"Two"sabi ni Zed.

Napatakip ako ng tenga nang marinig ulit silang magpaputok ng baril. Naramdaman kong tumulo ang luha ko. Tumingin ako kay Lucas at lumapit sa kanya. Yumakap ako sa kanya dahil sa kaba at takot.

"Lucas,I-I'm scared."I cried in his arms. Mas lalong humigpit ang yakap niya sakin at hinalikan ako sa ulo.

"Don't worry,baby. I won't let them hurt you."he said coldly. I cried harder when I heard what he said.

"That's it. Now I'm pissed."I heard Lucas said. Kumalas siya sa pagkakayakap sakin at may kinuha sa gilid ng kotse.

A gun?!

"Lucas,what are you going to do?!" I asked him. He ignored me and looked at the guys in the back.

"Baby,you'll have to go at the back after Zed moves here. Do you understand?"he asked and wiped my tears. I nodded at him and waited for Zed to move here. I quickly moved at the backseat and Lexter moved at the middle part.

"What about Lauren?"I asked.

"She'll be safe at the front." Lucas said.
The three of us at the backseat covered our ears and hid.

Please end this already...

Lucas's POV:

Kinuha rin nila Zed ang baril nila. Kinasa ko ang baril ko at binaba ang bintana sa kotse.

I'll make you pay for making my wife cry.

"Clifford,drive faster. Zed aim at the wheels. Leave the kill to us."I said.

"Yes,boss!"they said in chorus.

Mas binilisan pa ni Clifford ang pagmamaneho niya. Nagsimula nang paputukan ni Zed ang kotse nila. Tumingin ako sa likod at nakitang gagamit sila ng bomba. Nilabas ko ang kamay ko sa bintana.

"C! Get ready to speed up!"I said to Clifford.

Binaril ko yung bomba na ihahagis na sana nung kalaban. Sumabog agad iyon at nasunog ang kotse nila. Hindi nadamay yung isang kotse dahil nakaiwas sila sa pagsabog ng kotse.

Binaril ni Zed yung gulong sa kanan at binaril naman ni Lexter yung gunner.
Binaril ko sa ulo yung driver at tumama yung kotse nila sa isang poste. Easy.

Tinignan ko kung maayos ba ang kalagayan nila Mae. Nakayuko silang lahat at nakatakip ang tenga.

"Clifford,head straight to the headquarters."I said coldly.

Napatingin sakin sila Lexter nang marinig ang sinabi ko. I looked at them blankly.

"We're going to tell them."I told them and they just nodded.

We went straight to the headquarters and left the car. Tinulungan ni Clifford na bumaba si Lauren. Sila Zed naman kila Flora. Nanghihina na bumaba si Mae kaya tinulungan ko siya.
