I woke up to the sound of Chaeyoung's soft voice, "hey, do you wanna go to school?" Her question was cautious as she sat on the edge of the bed.

I curled up on the bed, the pain already starting to cloud my heart again. I tried to fight the tears from rolling down. I was already worn out from crying last night.

I took a deep breath and opened my eyes slowly, deciding to go to school. I don't even have anything to do here but mope around. I need something to take my mind off of Lisa and what's better to do than deal with school.

I sat up quietly as Rosie's eyes followed my movements. I don't have the courage to open my mouth right now or else a sob would come out so I silently stood up, heading to the bathroom.

I restrained myself from thinking because all I could think of was Lisa. Lisa this and Lisa that. I needed to clear my mind so I could think rationally and a time away from her is good so I could mull over what that piece of paper was saying.

I clenched my eyes shut as the warm water touched my aching skin. She said I needed to decide whether I love her or not. My chin trembled from fighting back the tears as the happenings from last night washed over me.

That Friday, when I found her on the beach. This was what she was contemplating over, wasn't it? Whether her feelings for me were real or not and now, she wanted me to give it a thought. She wanted me to have the conviction she had when she confessed her love to me on the way home.

I covered my face as her thoughts came back to me, my shoulders shaking as another set of tears flowed down. She said she would never leave me, then, what is this?

I turned off the shower and lifelessly grabbed my towel to dry myself. I dressed into a black hoodie and skinny jeans, echoing my mood for today. I put on my black Vans and went outside my room with my bag.

I sighed before gritting my teeth, Lisa would be here by now to have breakfast with me but I felt her absence in the air. I massaged my temple as a headache formed being a consequence of preventing another episode of crying.
