Lisa's POV might extend to twelve chapters, just to let you know. I'm still hyped from DDDD's mv and I'm currently listening to the other three songs. They are all bops!

Can we play a game? It's a guess the song and who sang it!

For the past few days, we were stuck in the library going through every record that might contain information related to this but nothing seemed relevant as of the moment. I was also still following Jennie and thankfully, she didn't have any dreams yet.

As I followed her, the beating of my heart became often. I observed that it happens every time she almost caught me and other times when she smiles or laugh or did something unexpected of her that makes a smile tug at my lips. I don't know what's happening to me but I still have a task to do so I ignored it though I still get surprised that it beats.

"I think we should follow her brother too. He might have something in him and not just his sister," Junhoe suggested from the corner of the library, making me break from my trance, looking up from the book in front of my face.

My eyes went wide as I forgot about a detail. "Oh right. Taehyung's going to Bali for a week vacation," I said to them that made them look up to me.

"Someone must follow him but we'll start our classes this Monday," Hanbin said, pondering while furrowing his eyebrows.

I know someone who could help us.

I perked up at the thought which made them look at me confusedly but Jisoo's expression changed into an annoyed one, "no, you're not going to ditch the first week," she scolded in a deep voice. About this 'hearing thoughts' thing, we could hear the humans' thoughts but we couldn't hear vampires' thoughts but humans can block this if they learned how to and we could also talk in their minds if we want to.

I gulped in fear, "n-no, I was not." I said as I shake my head abruptly.

"Then what?" Junhoe asked.

"Jungkook. We could trust him," I mentioned my brother to them which made their eyebrows to furrow, deep in thought.

Jungkook was my brother. He mentioned that he will go in Indonesia for a business trip. He's handling some of our businesses and I think the two would click because Taehyung was also into business as I've observed.

"He's going to Indonesia for a week-long business trip," I informed them that made them nod their heads, contemplating.

"Okay. I know we could trust him," Jisoo nodded.

"Call him now. We have some explaining to do," Junhoe said as he went to where I was in the sofa, sitting. The others followed and waited for me to dial his number.

The library was huge and filled with books, obviously. This library was filled with books related to vampires, our history, and related to humans, history of every country there is, their cultures and others. There were also about literature and most were the original manuscripts from famous authors. The book ranges from most probably the beginning of our existence and human's existence up to now.

He answered after the fifth ring which made me shake my head.

"Hi, noona!" He said excitedly. This boy. Such a kid.

"Kookie, you have a mission," I straightforwardly said in my serious voice.

"What~ Noona~, this is like the first time that we would ever talk after like a month of no communication!" He whined like a kid.

"This is important, Kook. I need your help," I stated which made him silent.

"Okay, spill," his voice turned serious because he knew I rarely ask for help.

I told him the story and why I'm asking for his help. "Okay," He said and added, "how are you there, noona?" He asked in concern which made me smile.

"I'm okay, Kookie. You? Don't overwork yourself, arraseo?" I reminded him. "I'm also okay and yes, noona, I won't," He replied which made me smile again.

"Okay. Tell us everything about your mission, okay?" I said which received, "affirmative, noona," he jokingly said which made me chuckle.

"Alright. G'bye. Love you," I bid my goodbye which he returned, "goodbye, noona. Love you too."

We ended the call and I looked at my friends with expectant look on their faces. I smiled and nodded which earned a, "yes!" from them and a punch in the air which made me laugh.

"Now, let's go back to reading," I said as I faced the book in my hands.

Jisoo got up and ran toward a nook on the other side beside a big window where sunlight past through. You should know guys that vampires do not burn under sun's gaze. It was just a myth and a make believe by humans who write fiction for a living.

There were also some tables here and some chairs around it. My favorite was where I am now. I was sat in a sofa and there was a coffee table in front of me. This sofa was actually huge and it forms a square but with a side missing because it was facing a flat screen TV while pastel-colored bean bags were everywhere.

We were already done with a thousand books and thousands more to go. We were just scanning through using our vampire speed so that it would be finished faster.

I was already getting bored and the sun was about to set so I decided that this thick book will be the last for now because I still need to go to Jennie's house. I don't know why but I felt excited to see her again.

When I was done I yelled, "Yaaasss!"

I got up and placed the book to the pile of finished books in front of me. There were two piles actually. The one was done and the other is not yet done.

In excitement, I didn't notice the 'not yet done' pile and tripped. I fell on the floor as the pile of books fell with me. I heard laughter from around the room and blushed in embarrassment.

"Ya! Are you that excited to see Jennie?" Jisoo yelled teasingly at me while the others just laughed at me.

I tried sitting up but something caught my eyes. It was a dust-covered book but the title was shining under the light of the fluorescent, reflecting gold. It was probably written in gold letters. I sat up and reached for it, not giving attention to the people around me who were still laughing as I looked at the book with curiosity.

I blew off the dust and wiped it with my hands to see the title clearly and what I read really piqued my interest.
