I was twirling inside my room while facing the mirror. I just finished putting on some light makeup and was now looking at the finished product.
Will Lisa like this? I thought as I smoothed the dress down. I was startled by the ringing of bell outside, making me furrow my eyebrows.
We decided to just meet at the gate of the carnival before 4pm so I didn't expect anyone to pass by my house. Is it Taehyung? But Taehyung said he wouldn't come home until Tuesday night?
I was still deep in my thoughts as I walked my way downstairs and toward the front door, eventually reaching the gate. My eyes went wide when I saw a familiar cute smile through the peep hole, getting a little nervous as I open the gate.
Her mouth went agape once she saw me, her eyes moving up and down my body. I was getting fidgety under her gaze with nervousness as I dread her reaction.
"You're so gorgeous," She said as if in a trance, making me look up with a pounding heart and blushing cheeks and it was then that I saw what she was wearing. She was clad with a leather jacket on top of her black crop top hoodie, a pair of denim jeans and some gray sneakers. I unconsciously bit my lip as my eyes roamed her abdomen. She's got abs, everyone!
"Like what you see?" I heard her tease me as I saw her hands on her hips. I didn't know I was staring at her abs for a long time. Heat rushed through my cheeks as I tried to hide my embarrassment, glaring at her, "what are you doing here?" I asked with a bit of annoyance.
She immediately raised her hands in surrender, "what? I was just teasing you!" She said amusedly, causing me to roll my eyes at her, resting my weight on my right leg while crossing my arms.
"We all agreed on meeting at the gate," I raised an eyebrow at her. I saw her smirk, "can't I take my girlfriend there myself?" She teased, making me glare at her.
"If you're here to tease me, just leave," I rolled my eyes at her, attempting to close the gate. Her smirk turned into an alarmed frown, "Yaa~ Can't you take a joke?" She pouted while stopping the gate from closing.
