Nursing a secret and hopeless crush on the cute and beautiful commuter, Jung Wheein, who passes her booth every day, the charmig loner and Gyeongbu Line (Seoul Train Station) ticket seller, Kim Yongsun, is about to have a second chance at love. Duri...
There are 2 things that I remember about my childhood: First, I remember being with my mom, she would get these honest look in her eyes and she would say, "Life doesn't always turn out the way you plan." I just wish I knew that at the time she was talking about MY life, but, that never stopped us from taking our adventures together.
She would tell me amazing stories about strange and exotic lands, where she has travelled to and what she loves.
My favorite memory were the stories she would tell me about my dad, she would take me to the church where they got married and I'd beg her to tell me more about their story and about our family.
I once asked my mom, when she knew that she truly loved my dad, and she said, "Yongsun, your dad gave me a special gift, he gave me the world." Actually, it was a globe with a light in it, but for the romantic that she was, it might as well have been the world.

Well, the first time I saw her, she didn't exactly give me the world, it was a dollar fifty for a train token, but I looked forward to it, every single day. She started coming to my booth between 8:01 and 8:15 every morning monday to friday and she was just... perfect. My princess.
Well, we- we've never actually spoken. But I know someday we will, I know it, I just... know it and I know that someday I will find a way to introduce myself and that's gonna be perfect, just like... my princess.

3rd Person Pov
Yongsun is a 29 year old woman that works at a train station, why? that was the only thing she could do to help her mom survive when she was sick. She quit studying to help her mom, but sadly, she couldn't. But working there wasn't that bad, at least she could talk with Irene, the booth next to hers. She's single and she lives in a small apartment, you know the old and cheap red-brick apartments? yup, those kind of apartments. It was ok, she was comfortable enough, the only thing that bothered her was Eric Nam and his dad, both men lived together, but, what could she do? nothing. They weren't bad people, they were just... how can I explain it, too annoying? and Eric was a tipsy man that was hitting on Yongsun.
It was december so Christmas was coming, and Yongsun was preparing everything for the date, she had no family, but, that doesn't mean she can't celebrate it with her dog, Jjing Jjing.
"$45 dollars for a Christmas tree and they don't deliver?!" Yongsun said angrily and tired, heavy breaths escapaing out of her mouth since she's trying to carry a 70 pound Christmas tree to her window from the first floor to the second one using a rope. Who can blame her, she is a small person.
"You order a $10 dollar pizza and they bring it to your door." she said, still carrying her Christmas tree to the second floor.
