I said it before, could it be that my heart wasn't in it,

This time came more, so I knew this time I meant it,

Following my repentance, a desire to walk in truth,

So for my life sentence, can I spend eternity worshipping you,

Because I was deep, lord you chose to dig low,

Through the hurt you found me, without any place to go,

Not that I was good, or because of anything I've done,

But this time I understood, although living my life was fun,

But if I lost life with you, where could I go,

No place to compare you to, now I finally know,

This time it was Grace, I'm finally living,

I'll give my life to honor your name, and this time I'm willing,

Completely different, born again, new mercies found in you,

Delivered from a world of sin, old things passed and all things new,

I'll live my life as a witness, I made it, thanks to you,

So this time I'm persuaded, that when I said it, it was true,
