I didn't like skirts. I didn't like dresses.
I liked shorts. I thought we all collectively agreed shorts were superior. I liked how my legs looked in them.
Maybe because we had skirts for our uniforms. Girls didn't like skirts since we wore them all the time. I didn't mind. I liked how my legs looked in them.
But suddenly, other girls started dressing different.
Crop tops, floral dresses, short and long skirts.
Matched with eyeliner, lipstick, blush and defined brows.
Girls are dressing like that now. I am a girl. Am I supposed to dress like that to prove I'm a girl? Do I let people I will never talk to influence me on what I should wear?

I knew I shouldn't.
I let them anyway.
I wore tight skirts, long flowy skirts, and dresses. I liked the breeze between the legs. I liked how my legs looked in them.
But what I didn't like, was how other men liked how my legs look in them too.
