The whistle blew and the game began while Sadie was still staring between Scott and Gerard, it pulled her from her trance and she focused on the game instead. Sadie watched intently as the ball fell into Stiles's net. He stared at it for a second, not sure if he was seeing things or not, before he got tackled to the ground by the opposing team.

"Ohhhhh," the crowd roared.

"He's probably just warming up," Melissa said hopefully.

Not even a minute later Stiles struggled to get the ball off the ground only to be tackled again.

Another series of oooo's were heard from the crowd.

"He's just a little nervous. Plenty of time to turn it around," Lydia said from beside her.

This time the ball was coming directly too Stiles and he held his net up to catch it but was a little off. Instead of landing in the net, the ball hit Stiles right in the middle of his helmet.

"Booooo," some people from he crowd yelled.

Sadie shook her head and looked down at the sight. Stiles's dad put his head in his hands and sighed loudly.

Just as Sadie was about to lose all hope she looked over at the bench and saw Isaac sit down next to Scott.

"Lydia! Look Isaac came," Sadie said while pointing towards the boy.

Lydia followed Sadies finger and saw Isaac, "Maybe we'll have a chance."

Sadie noticed Isaac and Scott were no longer talking and instead they were staring directly at Gerard. She glanced over at him too but he was already looking at her. She quickly looked away and back at Scott and Isaac. They noticed Gerard looked away and saw that he was now staring at Sadie. As the three of them made eye contact Scott gave her a warning glance, as if to tell her not to do anything yet.

"Why is he staring at her?" Isaac asked Scott.

Scott sighed, "He basically threatened to kill her, and everyone else too."

"Wow, well, you got a plan yet?"

"No, right now it's pretty much just keep Jackson from killing anyone."

"Well, that might be easier if you're actually in the game," Isaac said, "We have to make it so coach has no choice but to play you."

"How do we do that?"

Isaac smirked, "Leave that to me, but I think i'm going to need help from someone."

"Who?"

Isaac nodded his head toward Sadie, who was now focused back on the game.

"Can you and her not put anyone in the hospital?"

Isaac huffs, "We can try."

Isaac rose from the bench and jogged over to get Sadie's attention. She saw him approach and hurried down the bleachers to talk to him.

"We need to get Scott on the field."

Sadie glanced at the bench full of boys that coach would play over Scott and nodded in agreement, "What do you need me to do?"
