CHAP.8 PICNICS AND PROMISES

Lucas and I made up, if you were wondering.
It's Sunday morning, I wake up and start getting ready.
Normally my weekends would be boring and just me chilling, so I dont know if it'd be the same with Lucas as my boyfriend, and also.......its gonna our one year anniversary as a couple tomorrow.
Nowadays Lucas, takes me to school and chooses to take me home, even when he has football and he might be late, when I refuse to let him take me home its normally just useless.
I have on a purple camouflage T-shirt and some black sweat pants, I'm wearing my hair in a half bun half down style.
I dont know I've never really done that style before but today just feels like a good day to do it😁.
I was laying on bed when the door bell rang, I ran downstairs and saw Lucas when I opened the door.
"Hey babe", he kissed my cheek.
"Hey"
"I'm bored", he said.
"Wanna watch a movie?", I asked.
"With you?", he asked.
"No with another chick", he laughed.
We went up to my room and spent the rest of the day cuddling and watching movies.
Next day
I have on a black cropped top with a donut on it and black Jean's
I grab my book bag and my phone and keys from my night stand and head downstairs.
"See ya later mom", I was walking out the door.
"Ah ah ah, come and have some breakfast I made bacon, eggs and toast".
"Uhh, fine", the only reason I gave in is because I never ever turn down food.
After eating quickly, I took some for Lucas when I heard his car, because he never eats breakfast.
"Bye, mom", I kissed her.
"Bye hun".
I got in the car.
"Hey babe".
"Heyy, someone's in a good mood", he says.
"Eh, here you go". I handed him the zip lock bag with toast, bacon and eggs.
"Aww, babe you didnt have to".
"I know, but I care about you and you need to eat"
"Ok mom", he grinned.
I laughed,"Just drive"
He laughed as well.

It's currently lunch and me and Nic are sitting at our table at the back of the school waiting for the boys.
"So what you guys doing?", she asked.
"For what?", I asked with a mouth full of pizza.
"Your nasty, and for your anniversary you idiot".
I swallowed the now chewed up pizza, I now see why she calls me gross🤮.
"I honestly dont know", I shrugged.
A few minutes later hands cover over my eyes.
"Guess who it is", I hear Lucas' voice.
"Uh, Jason Derulo", I teased.
"Unless, he is as hot as me I dont think so".
"He kinda is, not even kinda, like a whole lot, like this many-", Nicole commented, showing a wide space in between her hands.
