''William'', Macy looked up at him with twinkling eyes, hers doing all the talking, taking in his face, his sleek jaw and sharp cheek bones. After all that this Adonis has gone through, he is still here, in her arms, by her side, clenching to her like his life depends on it. She moves closer to him, her face just a few inches away from him, she places her right hand on his heart, taking in his steady breathing and heart beats, William looks at her in confusion.
''What is it baby'', he barely whispers.
''Yes'', she smiles coyly at him, letting him fill in the blanks. For a moment, as realization set in his face lights up like its Christmas but he sobers himself up and smirks. Two of us can play this game, his expressions scream.
''Yes, what baby'', he growls softly.
''You know it'', she smiles, he pulls her closer, discarding any gap between them, and nips at her ear lobe and she gives in moaning slightly.
''Say it'', he nips again, causing her heart to beat faster against her chest.
''I'll marry you'', she laughs, her innocent voice filling the vacuum.
''Say it again baby'', William lifts her, his eyes shining like a teenage school boy looking down dreamily at his first love, as Macy grips his shoulders to steady herself, her head giddy from the confession.
His carefree laughter turns her on as she screams loudly, ''Yes, yes, William Clark, I will marry you'', she giggles.
''Baby, you've made me the happiest man alive on earth today, you know what this means'', his eyes turn a shade serious now.
She nods her head as if she doesn't.
''You're mine to cherish and hold and devour forever, you're mine'', he turns breathless.
''As you're mine'', she softly traces her fingers against his stubble, his cheeks and his eyebrows and pecks his cheeks.
She wraps her legs around his waist and confidently looks into his eyes,
''I love you'', that's a dam breached, he traces her jaw with kisses, her neck, her throat as she gives in to the sensation.
''I love you too my love, my life'', she smiles shyly. They settle upon spending the rest of the day with each other at home. The two of them claim the couch and watch their favorite dramas. It's until dinner when Macy snuggles closer to William.
''I'm famished, will you go on a date with me'', he asks.
''Of course'', she breathes. She takes her time to get ready while William is occupied with a call. They leave hand in hand for his parking area as he retrieves his car keys from the suit pocket.
In a few they are in front of a high rise restaurant, a crisp suited valet, grabbing William's keys and driving away into the parking space. William is greeted right at the entrance, he looks perfect and his usual self in his statement white shirt and black suit, his silver cufflinks glowing in the dark space. He pulls Macy by her waist, closer to him.
''You look beautiful'', he whispers, she in a backless black gown, a delicate diamond bracelet hanging listlessly on her wrist.
''Thankyou'', she pecks him one last time before they enter a reserved area on the top floor of the restaurant. Something seems off to Macy as William releases her from his hold and moves back a few steps.
''Surprise'', a small crowd is already waiting for them by the seating. William's father, Rupert and his wife, Josh, her family and his. Her eyes turn wide in amusement and as she turns to acknowledge what William has arranged for she spots him on his knees.
''This was due Ms. Henderson, considering my first proposal wasn't that romantic, now, will you marry me and be mine'', he smiles.
Macy is already in tears when she sets her hand forward to let William slip the ring he's been holding.
There are cheers and hoots from the crowd behind them as they share a deep kiss and seal the deal.
''I should have known when you pulled me up here in pretense of a meal'', she smirked at him earning a full blown smile from him. He kissed her once more before they let their family pull them in a row of hugs and kisses and congratulations.
''A toast to my baby girl whose finally found her fairy tell ending'', Josh beams in pride and all join the toast.
It had already been a month since William had proposed Macy and they were so in love, head over heels for one another. Macy wanted a small wedding not to extravagant just with people she loved and had the pleasure of knowing. William had readily agreed to the idea of it all and they were set to get married in a chapel with their friends and family.
Macy looked drool worthy in her white lace gown with a long train and her hair pulled up into a sleek side bun. She walked down the aisle with her father and brother beside her. The moment her eyes locked with William by the altar she knew he was the one, his eyes held the deepest and truest of promises worth a life time of bliss.
''I choose you and promise to choose you as my husband every day we wake. I will love you in word and deed. I will laugh with you, cry with you, scream with you, grow with you, and craft with you. To be your kin and your partner in all of life's adventures is all I could hope for in the world. Loving what I know of you and trusting what I don't yet know, I give you my hand. I give you my love. I give you myself, the good, the bad, and the yet to come'', she smiled
''I promise to love you for who you are, and for who you are yet to become. I promise to be patient, and to remember that all things between us are rooted in love. I promise to nurture your dreams and to help you reach them. I promise to share my whole heart with you, and to remember to show you how deeply I care for you, no matter the challenges that may come our way. I promise to love you loyally and fiercely-as long as I shall live'', he pulled her into a kiss to seal the deal.
