The team stood around, staring at the pods in horror. A few of them wiped the frost off of a few others and were greeted by more figures on liquid. Phantom, Siren, and Roland looked downright murderous when they saw that the mystics were in pods just like the demons. A few members of the team took steps away from them because of the scary looks on their faces.

"What are we going to do," Jaime asked. "I mean, it's great that we found them, but how are we going to get them out of here?"

"Blue Beetle has a point," Mal agreed. "Do we wake them up and hope that they follow us out of here?"

"That might be a little difficult with the demons," Danny said. "The mystics would follow us, but demons have always been the more 'blast first and ask questions never' type of beings."

"They'd probably try to kill us the moment that they wake up from whatever stasis they are in," White agreed with his brother.

"Maybe not the banshee queen, but she would be very angry," Roland said.

"Why not her," M'gann asked.

"Banshees are described as both spirits, magical creatures, and demons," White explained. "They are attracted to people in sorrow. Like a parent that has lost a child or a husband/wife that lost their partner. If you are experiencing great sorrow, a banshee can use their call in order to find you."

"We're pretty much all feeling fine, other than angry, so she would not have much reason to attack us," Danny said.

"The Grimlock and other demons, though, would definitely try and kill us immediately," Roland says.

"Let me try something," Dick pulled up the holo-screen from his glove again. "I downloaded the building's schematics while I was in their system."

"I'll try and contact Melinda and see if she can aid us with a portal spell," White says. "There has to be a way to get as many out as possible."

He and Jazz went off to the side. Siren hovered over the ground as he crossed his legs and closed his eyes. Jazz took his hands and her eyes glowed as well. This was an emergency type of communication among the isles. Telepathic calls that can pass through the barriers between realms so that the mystics could quickly communicate with each other in times of need or great danger. Having a telepath around just helped strengthen the communication even though the connection is built through enchantments and spells.

"Why not vanquish the demons and just wake up the mystics," Cyborg asked. "You two have told me about demons that you vanquished in the past."

"While that would be easier, that would only serve to get the demons even angrier than before," Danny says. "If we vanquish them now, the GIW could say that we killed them. Using that lie to tighten their hold on their demon followers while also making them very angry with us and have them out for our blood."

"Most demons are not the most logical of beings," White said. "They will not question how a group of mostly non-magical heroes could defeat the strongest of their kinds all at once without a scratch on us. They're basically walking versions of a kangaroo court. They blame someone and decide to declare them quilty tight then and there, killing them in retaliation."

"The 'them' being us in this situation," Roland added.

"So, we need to find a way to get them out without dying or alerting the Guys In White of our presence," Impulse says. "That doesn't sound hard at all."

"Sarcasm is not helping the situation, Impulse," Karen stated.

"Melinda says that she doesn't have a portal spell that could work for the demons," White came out of his trance. "But she has been warned by a few witches that came see the future about a big battle that will come soon. She's getting the isles ready to send back-up if and when it is needed."
