...that we just weren't meant to be.

HERE...I WOKE UP USUAL ON MY BED. I HAD her AGAIN IN MY DREAMS. I TRY TO FIGURE OUT EVERY MORNING THAT WHY DO I GET SUCH DREAMS. IT'S NOT BEEN LONG ENOUGH SINCE I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THIS. I WISH I COULD STOP THIS BUT THERE'S SOMETHING THAT DRAWS ME TOWARDS her MORE & MORE.

I let my thoughts slide to the back of my mind and climb out of my bed. considering today is going to be a long day because I basically woke at 5.30am in the morning, I decided to wash myself up and get down to the nearest convenience store so I could shop some groceries for the dorm pantry.

After washing up I put on my deep grey sweatpants and olive green oversized t-shirt followed by my black mask...even if its early in the morning...Idols always have threats to get public attention more often. I cant let people know that I am in the town and walking without security.

Just when I leave the dorm with my phone and polaroid camera...the cool air hits my face and soothes me down. the glowing horizon making its way to the light purple ceiling above me. This is honestly the best part of these 24 hours...Seoul has never been a quite or peaceful city but it still makes sure that everyone is content with what they are offered by the universe. I am very content too, with whatever the universe has offered me. My parents...my lovely bandmates, my family that is my ARMY. I can never ask for more.

EXCEPT...THE LOVE THAT I HAVE ALWAYS ACHED FOR.

Its not easy...visiting convenience store was a mess. I shouldnt have gone in the first place. without security.

~flashback~

I entered the store without a second thought. I was sure that I was covering my face with thick glasses and mask. there is no way anyone can recognize me. and thats exactly when I hear a small squeal. I looked around and saw a small girl looking at me through her doe eyes. 'how cute' I thought. but before I could muster up that thought and make an impression. the little kid screamed her lungs out.
"BANGTAN OPPA! JIN OPPA! EOMMA JIN OPPA! EOMMA!"
"No no...I am not jin oppa...stop screaming baby...are you not a good girl?" I was beyond scared.

PD-NIM will sue me for sneaking out of the dorm without permission and security.
the little kid didnt budge and kept screaming to I dont know where her mom was standing. I finally grabbed blueberry pancake mix and made a run out of the store. I made sure to scan the QR code for online payment and paid for the mix on my way. and ended up coming to Han river again.

~end of the flashback~

the water looked surreal under the blooming morning. I never noticed how still the river has always been. maybe due the lack of my obeservation or because its always crowded by people.

I sat over the edge of the cemented dock. I felt peaceful after weeks. slowly gazing up...I found myself gazing up at the orange hue spreading over me. I wish I had my special person to look at this ethereal scenario with me. I sound so desperate....FOR BEING LOVED.

I looked over at my watch and realised that its just been 6.15am. and so I decided to roll around the river for somemore time. I finally brought my camera to use when I clicked some polaroid of the surroundings. some of the smudged sky and some of the river and its surroundings. Ill probably post these on weverse later. I KNOW ARMY WOULD LOVE MY SELCAS.

"hey that's seokjin isnt it?"
oh no not again!
I heard a guy whisper. Am I being that obvious even with the mask and the thick glasses? wait- my mask? oh darn! no wonder they recognized me!
Soon I could feel steps approaching me. and I was so damn ready to go for a run when I hear a dark familliar voice

"Jin sir you werent supposed to leave the house without informing me, people have already recognized you now. you are already viral that you went to convenience store!", My bodyguard Hyunjae said.

"I am sorry hyunjae...I just wanted to have some time to myself",not really I just woke up early.

"Its okay sir...now lets head to dorm because you have a meeting with mr. p-ddog today", DAMN I forgot about it.

AHHH! I SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE...MAYBE I HAVE ACTUALLY TAKEN THE JOB OF BEING THE FAKE MAKNAE TOO SERIOUSLY!

Once I reached the dorm. I was met by Jimin all dressed up in his 'boyfriend of the year' clothes...Not surprised! that boy got this fashion sense from me.

"Ah Jin hyung! where were you? I wanted you to pick out a nice outfit for me, I am meeting up with Preet today! and I want to look good." Jimin said as the red tint spread across his cheeks.
'awwww' I thought to myself.

"Well I went to the convenience store and almost got caught by the ssaeng, but I clicked these amazing pictures at Han river. Ill show once you get back. you look pretty great in this." I pointed at his black jeans and tucked in loose sky blue sweatshirt. "go now! dont make a women wait!" I chuckled as he gave me the 'are you being serious' look.

he rushed out of the door, leaving me in the living area alone. all the other boys are probably still asleep. I ran towards the pantry in attempt to do the dramatic floor slide but failed miserably when I landed right on my butt. thankgod its thick!

finally after cleaning the kitchen counter after the mess I secretly created while making the blueberry pancakes. I hear Joon and yoongi making there way downstairs. its almost 11am now. finally taehyung,Hobi and Kook make there way down and slump down on the dinning table.

"Blueberry pancakes? hyung is that why you really leave the house and got the social media disrupted early in the morning?" yoongi asked as he looked at me in disbelief.

"hahaha...well I didnt know that they will recognize me. but no one can unsee the beauty of the world wide handsome!" I laughed while gaining some giggles from hobi and kook.

"mhhmh hyung these are delicious!" taehyung squeaked.

"sure they are! I made them. worldwide chef guy you know!" I said finally eating up my own pancakes. 'Ah I am such a great chef' I thought.

Right after the breakfast. I headed to my room so I could rest for a bit and then we all could head to the company to meet P-Ddog.

"lets see, which pictures should I post on weverse!?" I mumbled to myself.

as I was scanning through the selcas. I saw something really unexpected. one of the selcas had a face. a side profile which I recognized as soon as I saw it.

"I- It cant be-" my mind malfunctioned. 'how is this even possible?' I thought as billion thoughts crossed my mind.

"this-I dont know- w-why?" I could get my eyes off the picture knowning that it was definitely HER...
