After we got cornered by our mom's last night, we got to explain what happened at the rink. Luckily we didn't get into much trouble, they we're just glad we were safe. So we got our small lecture and headed upstairs to our room for bed.
Today was the day we would all would leave and everyone was getting dressed for brunch since most of the planes didn't arrive till later tonight.
Me and Corey we're packing our clothes and cleaning up the room before we headed downstairs to the buffet. "Are you going to miss Kingston?" I asked with a smirk.
"Well duh, but I'm not going to miss his brother. He can keep all that." Corey replied.
Knock Knock Knock
We were cut off by a knock on the door. I walked over to the door and looked through the peephole.
"Open up Darrin, it's time to go eat." Jalen said from the other side of the door. I opened the door and eyed him up and down. Overall I would give him Fifteen outta ten, he's looking real good today.
"Who you tryna look cute for?" He asked.
"You." I replied.
"As long as you know it." He grabbed my arm bringing me into a hug. I snuggled myself into his chest, the fact that Jalen was tall made him so much better. "Okay cut it out let's go, you guys are making me sick." Corey announced.
I snatched my head from Jalen's chest. "I know you're not talking, I was all by you and Kingston's puppy love."
"Yeah sure whatever, where's everybody at?"
"Downstairs, you guys are the only ones who late." I raised a eyebrow. "So no one thought to get us so we wouldn't look late?"
"They had the times of the events in the papers they left in the room for all the guests. Me and Lucas saw ours on the desk." Jalen replied. We all looked by the desk and saw a little pamphlet sitting there.
"Well that would've been nice to know when we got here. But it's too late now, but I'm starving so let's go get something to eat." I answered.
We all left the room with me and Jalen holding hands to the elevator while Corey was trailing behind us.
Once we made it outside from the elevator we saw everyone sitting down at their tables drinking and waiting for the chefs to bring the food out for the buffet.
We headed over to our table and saw everyone sitting there, even grandma and grandpa. We cut through some tables and found our way to our seats.
"Darrin and Corey, I heard you had fun last night at the skating rink." Grandma spoke.
