I thought it was Progressism, guess I was wrong.
I didn't know what this was before getting addicted to internet memes, fucking Twitter, social and political issues, etc. Progressivism is a political philosophy, the goal is develop positivism in the future, like having moral progress in society.
Why did I choose this? I think i'm the liberal type and I wish for a better society or maybe an utopia where the world is more open to changes, doesn't fear trying and where there's no corruption. Pretty nice world that I think is almost impossible because WE, humans live in this world and it seems impossible to fall in the "temptation".
Now, I find this:
Progressives often see as the silver bullet for social problems. Like Ancient Greek philosopher , they tend to believe all vice is the result of ignorance, not malice. They suggest humans are fundamentally good and education will bring out the better angels of our nature.
I liked to think that humans are good deep inside, no matter how many doggies they've killed, but these past weeks I've thinking that deep inside we are all evil, or at least a trashbag, the reason is what I mentioned before about "fall in the temptation".
Karl Marx famously claimed people would be better throwing away hierarchies based on class and wealth. Only when we're all equal, he thought, we will be able to perfect ourselves.
