Chapter 50

"It's her. It's the wolf!" One girl said.

"Ano bang meron sa kanya? I heard she's older than you. She's boring. She reads books. She's so dull—" Hindi na natapos nung babae ang sinasabi niya dahil inilapit na ni Wilder ang mukha niya rito. She had to gulp and slightly turn her face away to hide the blush on her cheeks.

"She's older than me, but she's cute. She's boring, but she sure can land a punch. She reads books. She's smart and sometimes dull. Those are the exact reason why I'd prefer her over thousands of you." He said, turned his back and walked away.

"In fairness, hindi ka bobo dun." Natatawang sabi ni Chloe sa kanya nung naglalakad na sila palabas ng gym. Wilder just hissed and pulled her along so they could walk faster.

"Bakit ako? Bakit ako 'yung kailan dun? Pwede bang si Lezo nalang?" Pagmamakaawa ni Lesis habang nakaluhod sa harap ni Zia. Zia was casually eating her breakfast at the royal chambers. Nakatingin lang din sina Wesy at Lezo sa kanila.

"Assist lang naman gagawin mo. Kapag nakarating na sila sa Archia, pwede ka nang umalis." Ani Lezo. Lesis was given a mission to escort the Van Saints until they reach the borders of Archia because it's too dangerous for them to be out in the woods while a war was going on.

"But why the Van Saints?! Pinaparusahan mo ba ako, Zia?" Mangiyak-ngiyak na tanong ni Lesis sa kanya.

"Are you uncomfortable with the Van Saints?" Tanong niya pero yumuko lang si Lesis at hinawakan ang batok niya. Zia sighed and drank her water. "Sinabi ni Blu sa kanila ang tungkol kay Drake. Their parents want to know about him from you kaya gusto ka nilang kausapin." Mahinahong paliwanag ni Zia.

"But I don't even remember him!" Giit ni Lesis. Zia's eyes flashed as he looked down at him.

"Do you want to remember him?" Tanong ni Zia sa kanya. Saglit na kumunot ang noo ni Lezo dahil sa sinabi nito habang sandali namang namangha si Wesy kay Zia. "I-I.. I don't know." Sagot ni Lesis at yumuko.

"Come here." Malambing na utos ni Zia. Lesis looked up and he saw how soft Zia's expression was while she reached out her hand for him. Tinanggap ito ni Lesis at tsaka siya hinila ni Zia patayo. "Now, close your eyes." Malambing ang boses nito kaya agad na sumunod si Lesis.

He closed his eyes and immediately froze when he felt Zia's lips touching his forehead.

It took a while until she parted his contact with him at pag-alis ng labi ni Zia sa noo ni Lesis at agad na natumba si Lesis at nawalan ng malay. Umupo nalang si Zia at inayos ang roba niya.

"He'll wake up after reviving all his lost memories. Make sure to wake him up before his mission." Kalmadong sabi ni Zia at humiga na sa kama niya. Tinulungan naman kaagad ni Wesy na makatayo si Lesis habang nanatiling nakaupo si Lezo.

"Y-You.. you can revive our memories?" Nauutal nitong tanong. Hindi sumagot si Zia at gumulong lang sa kama, facing Lezo. She gestured for him to come closer at ginawa niya naman.

"I can kiss you anywhere, just not the lips though. I already have my Van Saint." Pabirong sabi ni Zia kaya agad na namula si Lezo at sinubukan pang lumayo pero hinila na siya ni Zia at hinalikan sa noo.

The same thing happened to him. He passed out too and Wesy had to drag him all the way to his room.

"You know that bringing their memories back will only make them fell lonely." Sabi ni Wesy matapos niyang dalhin ang kambal sa mga kwarto nila. He rolled his sleeves up and started cleaning Zia's table too.
