A/N: Hello! This is one of my favorite conversations with him. If you'd notice, I'm writing with my native language, which is Tagalog. I want to maintain the essence of our talks so some of the dialogues will be written in tagalog, but don't worry, I'll put the translations beside the dialogues. It's the ones in parentheses. Enjoy reading xx

I remember that one time when we were operating on our school's technical system. While I'm working on my laptop and constantly projecting the prayers that the presenters prepared, he suddenly spoke up beside me.

"Hey, can you imagine attending your own funeral?"

"Ewan ko. Bakit mo natanong?" (I don't know. Why'd you ask?)

"Wala lang. May naisip lang ako na random pero sobrang sakit." (Nothing. I just thought of something so random...yet so painful.) I glanced at him.

"Ano naman yon? Share mo naman." (And what's that? Share it with me.) I focused on my pc screen once again.

"Iniisip ko kasi kung ano pakiramdam pag nasa burol ka na ng mga mahal mo sa buhay. Di ko kakayanin." (I was thinking about how would it feel if you're going to your loved ones' funeral. I just can't.) He said.

I thought about it, I can't do that too. I can't deal with it, even if I'll have to.

"Ako din. Gusto ko nalang mamatay nang maaga kesa humarap sa mga araw na wala na sila. (Me too. I'd rather die early than managing days without them.) I replied genuinely.

He looked at me, "Medyo morbid pero ako rin." (That's kinda morbid but I prefer that too.) He chuckled.

I didn't reply, I don't want to get so occupied by him... I might seem inattentive if I am to make a mistake while operating on my laptop.

After the announcements, the students finally turned to the opposite side of the gymnasium. That's our signal, we can wrap up, finally.

"Ikaw naman umakyat, ako nag ayos kanina." (You should go up this time, I was the one who areanged it earlier.) He demanded.

I raised an eyebrow. "Ah talaga?" (Oh really?)

He held his hands up. "Sabi ko nga. Ako na." (I'm gonna do it, like I've said.)

I smiled. Good thing he's following my orders even if I'm younger than him.

On our way to the RISO room, where the things we needed were supposed to be returned, he was shaking the projector.

"Hoy Marco tigilan! Pag talaga nakita ka ni Sister Javy... lagot tayo." (Hey, stop that Marco! If Sister Javy sees you doing that, we're literally screwed.)

"Pag nasira, sasabihin ko ikaw may gawa." (If this thing gets broken, I'll say that it was your doing.) He joked.

"Ah, talagang nang-aasar ka ngayong umaga." (Ah, so you're messing with me this morning.)

"Eto naman, joke lang!" (I'm just kidding!) I just rolled my eyes at him.

When we were able to get through the line of students trying to get their permits signed, got into the RISO room, I immediately thanked them.

"Thank you po, Miss Eve! Bukas ulit!" (Thank you, Miss Eve! Until tomorrow!)

"Inaalog po yan ni Lou kanina, Miss." (Lou was shaking that thing earlier, Miss.) He said behind me. I turned around and he was grinning widely at me.

"Wow, bruh." I scoffed.

"Tara na nga!" (Let's go already!) He pushed me out through my shoulders.

Not a dull moment happens when I'm with him, literally.
