Y/N's POV:

My daughter Ava, was just fetched by the school bus. I was now cleaning the kitchen and cooking some food for my husband Richie since he's taking a day off.

I stirred the pot of pasta and then I felt arms around my waist. It was Richie.

"Can't you relax for once in your life, baby" he laughed and kissed my shoulder
"No" I smirked
"You're such a busy body. And that'll change today" he grinned and picked me up bridal style
"Richhiiiee! Put me down!"
"Nuh uh! We're having a lazy day today"

She giggled. My wife is just too adorable

Ava's POV:

I was in the bus, laughing and talking with everyone and the last thing I remember was the bus bumping into something. After that...I blanked out.

Richie's POV:

I was asleep with Y/N in my arms, my phone began ringing. I picked it up

Hello?
Hi-uh. Is this Richie Sambora? Ava Sambora's dad?
Yes this is. How may I help you?
Sir, I just phoned to tell you that your daughter has been in an accident with the other kids in the school bus. The bus driver has died and we're not sure if we are able to save your daughter
What?!

Y/N woke up.
"What happened, babe?"
I hung up the phone and froze. I looked at Y/N and she looked worried
"We have to go to the hospital"
"Why?"
I stood up, grabbed her hand and ran to the car.
"Richie what's wrong?!" Y/N asked
"Ava has been in an accident" I jumped in the drivers seat. Y/N looked at me shocked and tears ran down her eyes.
"Step on it" she whispered and I started the car
