Chapter 35: Same Old Issues.

I smiled and go down to face him "Don't you think it's cool? Anything you ask him susundin niya." I said and pinched his nose.

Before I forgot I was hungry I just find myself sitting on our dining table 'dun sa lumang bahay. Nagpalit ng kulay sa loob ng bahay but other than that wala naman na "I told you Ma you don't have to cook a lot. Dadalawa kami ni Jizika. Mauubos ba natin 'to?" Mom just smiled at me. Halos mapuno 'yung lamesa eh anim lang kami. "Thank you Lewis for bringing them here," Dad said to Lewis.

"I really missed you Princess," sabi ni Mama habang hawak-hawak 'yung kamay ko. "Grabe Tita iba lang talaga convincing powers ni Andrei. Buti nga pumayag na 'yan." Sinamaan ko ng tingin si Jizika. "Medyo may kadaldalan ka talaga," I raised my eyebrow as I put breads on her mouth.

To be honest I really miss them. It's just I don't know kung kelan 'yung tamang panahon kaya siguro natagalan. I still have hung ups about our family issue. Yes five years is long but I just can't understand everything "This family dinner would really be nice if your Ate's here," mangiyak-ngiyak na sabi ni Mommy.

I felt some guilt. I can't deny the fact that it was all my fault. "Ma, Pa we need to go." Iwas na lang kesa mapuna diba? He he. I looked at Jizika and Lewis thank God they had the idea that I can't stand talking about her, Ashley.

"Tito, Tita thank you po sa lunch." Tumayo na kaming tatlo "Dito na kayo magstay, Princess." Sabi ni Papa. Ngumiti ako "Sa condo na lang ni Andrei, Pa. I'll visit you often. I'll go to your office tomorrow I need everything about the cafe."

Nagpaalam na kami. Define jet lag naman diba? "Ate!" Sigaw ni Sean habang hinahabol ako palabas. "Let's go out when you're not busy or pick me up at school tomorrow. Promise me?!!!" He's excited to death to bond with me naman diba. "I promise little King. Pasok ka na dun malamig dito sa labas. Call Kuya Lewis wala pa kong sim baka bukas pa ko makakabili. Aryt?" I kissed him and bid goodbye.

Hindi naman nila ako namiss ng bongga diba?

"Feel at home" sabi ni Lewis habang nagpupulot ng mga bote ng beer. Mygahd how can he live here? Akala mo ang linis nung bahay namin sa France. Big laugh for you Irish!

"You must call Andrei and tell how fucked up his unit is," dyusko hindi ba nauumay sa away? "Kung kayong dalawa mag-aaway ito credit card ko. Mag hotel kayo!" I turned around and went straight to the pink door. "Holy shit!" Nagulat ako ng pagbukas ko ay may tumambad sakin na babae. Oo babae! At shit nakahubad! Patawarin ang mga mata ko!

Kumaripas ng takbo 'yung babae bitbit 'yung damit niya. The bedsheet is covering her naked body. "Shit Lewis ano 'yun?!" He fvcking grinned at me "Hayley, kaibigan ko." Gagong 'to?!

My girlfriend to ah! The last time I check si Beatrix 'yun. Well for old times sake, konensya ko naman diba! Medyo nakakagago lang.

I was about to cursed him to death and call Andrei until he broke his silence "We broke up," halos sumayad sa first floor 'yung panga ko.

"'Wag ka praning dyan oy natulog lang kagabi 'yun kasi sobrang lasing!" He exclaimed. "I never cheated on Bela. Never did. Never would." Drama niya po pero gulat pa rin ako!

Ano ito went home to know that everyone's having they're same old issue?!

That night Andrei called through Skype. "Gahd Dada hindi masyado nag sink in sakin."

He's laughing so hard 'di ko alam kung maiinis ba ako o ano "Magkakabalikan rin sila. 'Wag mo na intindihin 'yang kapatid ko. Ikaw lang sasakit ang ulo. So when's the ribbon cutting? Soft opening?" He said switching the topic. I pouted "Uhm the day after tomorrow." I sighed. "What's with the sigh?" Tanong niya.

Bumwelo ako to tell him my worries "Ngayon lang nila ako makikita, they might hate me? What if they don't like me commanding them or what? Gahd Dada napapraning ako!" He looked at me very serious "Honey they have nothing to do but to accept you. You're the boss after all."

I was planning rin kasi na habang andito ako I'll manage the new shop. Ite-train ko sila in my own way. Damn this pressure. "Stop pressuring yourself. You can do it, Honey." Andrei smiled. "Have to go. Bye Princess!" Then he ended the call. I'm going insane.

I closed my laptop. It's pass eight when I looked at the clock. "Aga pa pala." Went out my room and I saw Lewis sitting on the stool sa may counter. "Getting drunk because you're broken heart?" I teased.

"Just vodka and water gusto mo?" Do I look a drunkard too him? "Thanks for asking but I have work tomorrow." Nginitian ko siya. Binuksan ko 'yung ref and wala namang ibang laman kundi. Rhum, vodka and beers. Wow.

"I'll go out and just grab some food. What do you want?" Tinitigan niya ako saglit and spoke up "I want Bela back" With that I left. As if may maitutulong ako.

Wala pa akong isang buong araw dito my gahd mababaliw na ako. Went down the condo and strolled. "Miss may sim card kayo?" Tanong ko dun sa tindera. Hindi siya nag-abala tumingin kaya inulit ko "Miss may sim card kayo?" Tanong ko ulit. Mukhang di pa din ako rinig. "MISS MAY SIMCARD KAYO?!" Napasigaw na ako. Lumingon siya and glared at me. "Wag ka sumigaw hindi ako bingi! Anong safe guard?!" Galit niyang sabi. Face palm times ten. "Ate sim card." Malumanay Kong sabi. "Ah eh smart o globe?" Gusto ko matawa kaso baka mainsulto siya. Napakamot na lang ako sa ulo. Hay.

I called my little brother "Hey little King" I can feel he was smiling when he answered.

(Ate! Ba't 'di ka pa natutulog?)

"Wala lang nagutom ako walang food sa condo ni Kuya Lewis mo. Have you eat?"

(Yes but I want pizza.)

"Pwede ka pa lumabas? Pahatid ka sa may Project Pie malapit sa may commerce center."

I heard him running. (Dad, Ate and I will eat!) Excited pa si Sean.

(No son it's late tell your Ate you can hang out tomorrow.)

Strict Dad (Ate..) Medyo malungkot 'yung tono niya.

"Yeah yeah it's fine Sean. Sige Ate have to go."

I just found myself sitting and watching people come and go sa may 7-11 'di kalayuan sa condo.

Perks of being alone in life. Went back to the condo after I bought some chips. After work tomorrow mag grocery ako. Kawawang ref.

I'm walking towards Andrei's unit and found someone standing in front of the door. Who is she? She was about to knock when I asked her "Miss I live here who--"
