I sat in my office reading and replying to emails.Aubrey's album comes out tonight.Im really excited honestly.I haven't heard it.I haven't heard from him in a while though.

I guess it's better that we take a step back.

I looked and saw Jacob had emailed me an audio file.

"TMZ is releasing this in an hour."

I furrowed my brows and clicked it.

"Is it the girl?You said she was staying with you right?"

"Yeah..Jasmine."I heard Aubrey's voice

"I thought you liked her.What's up?"

"Being around her is just kind of draining.It's like nothing good happens to her.She's always in some bullshit."

My eyebrows shot up.Wait no....this can't be him talking to her about me.

"Mm.You're a good guy.I know you're trying to help her but you can't do that at the expense of your sanity."She said

"Yeah..that's why Im glad she left."

I felt my heart crumble.

"But you love her?"

"I don't know Rob.."

"Wow."I said lowly

"Well Im here now.So forget about that."

"No problem."

I sighed and sent Jacob an email asking how they even got this audio.

He replied saying the restaurant was chipped with microphones in the private room.

I sent the audio file to Aubrey and Oli in a groupchat and said "TMZ will be posting this in a hour.".

I put my phone down and minutes later I got a call from Aubrey.I declined.

I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in."I said

Oli opened the door.

"Hey."He said

"Hello."I said lowly

"I wanted to check on you."He said

"I want to renegotiate my contract."I said

"There is no renegotiating."He said plainly

"What do I have to do to be able to leave?"I asked

He sighed."There's nothing you can do.Im sorry."

"You don't have to put up this tough front with me Jas.I know you're going through a lot and that didn't help at all.You can be honest with me."He said

I shook my head."I don't need this.I don't even know why I agreed to work here.All of this was a fucking mistake."

I felt my eyes well up.
