"Fuck if I know. I love him but he's a weird ass dog." My phone rang suddenly and almost simultaneously Mickey stopped to pee. Of course that made us all stop.

"Hello?"

"Hey babe. How's it going with Lisa?"

"Good. We're walking Mickey."

"True. I might be a little late, okay? Randy is being an asshole."

"Oh okay. How's work been?"

"Ya know. Busy. I just wanna come home to you." I blushed and twirled a piece of hair around my finger.

"I know. It'll be over soon." He sighed.

"Alright, I'm going to get back to work. Maybe Randy'll let me out early."

"Mkay. I love you."

"I love you too." I hung up and slid my phone back into my pocket. Lisa was staring at me with the ugliest face. "What?"

"Oh nothing. I think Mickey's good. Wanna go back home?"

~

After we went back to my place, we studied a little more until Jada, Lisa's roommate called her begging her to come home. Maybe it was just me but it seemed like something was going on between those two. Oh well.

I tossed my heavy textbook across the room and collapsed on the couch. As sad as it was, the pizza box from last night was still sitting on the table. Whilst watching American Horror Story, I helped myself to what was left.

To me, it wasn't much longer before Calvin was walking through the door. I'm sure it had been hours since I sat on the couch but time passes quickly when you're watching this demented series.

"Uh hey babe." He gave me a strange yet amused look. "Having fun there?" I ignored him and continued running my hands over my stomach.

He came over and knelt before me, obstructing my view of the tv. "Move, you butt." I tried to look around him but failed. I ended up looking into his eyes.

"I'm a butt?"

"Yes." He surprised me by kissing me. I sighed into the kiss; they were the best.

"I may be a butt but you missed me."

"I did. Now move, I'm missing the episode." He whined like a baby but did what I asked.

5 minutes later, he came back. He had changed into a black t-shirt and black and white basketball shorts. He sat on my legs.

"Oww. And why the fuck are you wearing black and white? Nobody wants to match with yo ugly ass." He gasped and held hand a over his chest.

"Who shat in your Cheerios girl?" I laughed and turned the tv off.

"No one, Cal. I'm just messing with you. You ready to go?" He slid his hands under my shirt as I stretched.

"Can we have some fun first?" I sat up, smirking.

"Let's wait until we come back." He rolled his eyes and stood up.

"Let's go then. Lil Cal aint gon wait too long." I smacked him in the groin as we walked outside.

"Such a horndog."

**

"What do you want for dinner this week?" He shrugged.

"It doesn't really matter." I huffed and stretched to reach the sauce that was all the way on the top shelf. Calvin easily swooped in and used his tall height to his advantage. He barely had to extend his arm.

"You tall assholes." As I pushed the cart down the aisle, he grabbed my ass. This boy.

"Oh my gosh, can I just say you guys look absolutely adorable together?!" I turned around to look at a small asian girl. She was our age but she was significantly short.

Calvin wrapped an arm around my shoulders. "Thanks." I smiled at her, feeling my face go red.

She smiled and ran back to wherever the hell she came from. Calvin sighed and picked up a thing of Chip's Ahoy. "Weird as fuck." I punched him in the side.

"Stop being mean." He rolled his eyes and we continued shopping.

~

Once all the groceries had been put in their rightful place, I went upstairs and collapsed in our shared bed. As I scrolled through Instagram, Calvin appeared at the threshold of our room. I didn't even have to look at him to know he was shirtless.

"Cal, go find your shirt." He walked toward me smirking.

"You took it." I set my phone down and gave him an exasperated look.

"I did not. Now go, you're gonna get sick." He sat on top of me, pinning my arms by my head.

"What now?" I bit my lip, observing his face. That face. I could never get tired of it.

"Fuck me." He smirked and leaned in.

"Exactly what I wanted to hear."

Turn your lights down low
And a pull your window curtain
And let your love come tumbling in
Into our lives again
It's been a long time
I got this message for you, boy
But it seems I was never on time
I still want to get through to you, boy
On time
