Whenever I feel like my emotions are controlling me, I try to write down those emotions. I have read somewhere that writing down your thoughts, emotions, and challenges has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression. If we put down our problems on paper often, then it helps us see the causes and therefore solutions more clearly.
So, I am here with my book named "Whisper of My Heart". This book isn't a typical record of daily activities but it's a way to identify my feelings. I write my dairy on daily basis but there are some feelings that I want to share with others. This book contains my feelings which have been expressed in the form of a story, poem or painting.
~ Few days ago my Shijie gave me home work that was to publish a book on my drawings and painting but I really didn't know how to do this. Now I have enough courage to publish my book and i am here with my book. So thank you Shijie GandalfofspaceAnli for your support and love ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
