The king's heir the prince, war chief as well as he is known around the country, smiled painfully as he waited for her answer. Fidgeting with her crescent moon ring, as she took a deep breath in. I can't ruin it. Otherwise, I will be dead by morning. She stared at the people around me. How did it come to this? She is the hunter and the hunted. There is no in-between. The girl slightly inhaled. "I am sorry, but I can not accept..." She takes a deep curtsey to the king, and walks away, hoping that my problems with them would walk away.
But it didn't. She then felt a tight grip on my wrist. Then she turned her head only to see angry eyes and a very pissed off prince. The whole room was shocked, Well, no one can ever not accept anything from the royal kingdom. You have to say yes, no matter the cost. "Ma'am, you do not embarrass me in front of the royal court. Now, I requested you to dinner and asked you to marry me and I demand a yes, or you'll be off to the hanging with the rest of the prisoners." His grip appeared to have bruised her wrist somehow. The poor girl forced a smile and walk towards the table. He let go, sitting back at his place. "She says yes!" Raising a glass, he looks boastfully at his father. "Just worried about her family is all." Then he took a drink of the wine. Her chest stiffened. There is no way this cannot happen. Not ever. It isn't okay. She just wants to get out of this miserable place. If she ever to be married by this goon, the girl will never be able to go. She'll be confined like a bird in a cage.
