I'm kinda bored

Rian: Come over?

Me: Kk

Rian: REALLY????

Me: Yh y

Rian: U always say no...

Me: Soz

I knock on Rian's front door and his mum answers.

"Lilah! Good to see you". She greets cheerily. "Rimi wants to see you. She absolutely adores you!"

I inwardly groan. Rimi  is Rian's sister, she's 12 so four years younger than Rian. Three years younger than me. She is really annoying, she clings to you and hates not getting her own way.

Adults find that SWEET.

I race upstairs to Rian's room, muttering that I'll see Rimi later.

"Whoa! Hey there!" Rian's brother, Theo, sighs after I nearly knock him over.

"Sorry Theo" I reply, darting over to Rian's room.

Theo is twenty two and still lives with the rest of the family. He's alright really. He's got a girlfriend and has a slight obsession with Sherlock and Bring Me the Horizon.

I knock on Rian's door and hear a quiet grunt in reply.

I walk in and Rian is sitting on his bed, texting.

"Who ya texting?" I ask.

"Hi babes. Just a friend". Rian replies

"Wanna go to the park? We could meet up with some others". I suggest

"Jamie wanted to meet up with us. His girlfriend Tilly is coming too".

"Okay sure! Let's go!" I reply, jumping up. We got on our coats and walk down the hall together.

I remember to bring my phone.

I sit with Jamie on a bench watching Rian, Tilly, Keiran, Sophia and a bunch of others playing tag. Then it turns to kiss chase.

"Come on lovers!!!" Sophia shouts at us. I glance nervously at Tilly. She heard but has obviously guessed that Sophia meant it as a joke.

Jamie joins in, chasing Tilly and tackling her to the ground. She squeals and then they both kiss.

I look away. I am suddenly feeling really alone. I watch Rian and Sophia chasing each other, Jamie and Tilly kissing each other. Keiran is just on his phone in the background.

Only one person seems to want to talk to me.

Me: I'm sorry Sam Smith, come back!

Me: Please, I'm feeling so alone.

Sam Smith: Sammy is here!!!

I smile at myself and notice Keiran watching me. Creep.

Contact name changed to Long-lost bae

Long-lost bae: How's it been

Me: Gd

Long-lost bae: I c ur still not dating Rian

Long-lost bae: Is there a teeny-weeny chance that I could have ur mistletoe kiss?

Me: Don't push it bae

Long-lost bae: Aw but ily ❤

Me: Please don't

Long-lost bae: Kk soz

Me: So umm...

Me: I'm kinda bored XD

Long-lost bae: DAMN U LILAH U ONLY TALK 2 ME CUZ U GOT NUTHING ELSE 2 DO

Long-lost bae has muted you

I watch Keiran throw his phone down on the grass. Probably an argument with his girlfriend Lucy.

I know what I need to do.
