Thiara's POV

"Sultan Kudarat?"I curiously asked

"Yes, there's a lot of hidden places that can be found there"he answered

"Have you been there?"

"Not yet, but I know someone that can guide us"he smiled

"Okay"I answered and shut up on our way to Sultan Kudarat province

Hindi mawala sa sistema ko ang excitement, it's my first time going there and I'm excited for what they have there

According to the driver it'll take three to four hours before reaching the opening of the province. Instead of watching the nature I rested my body

Nagmulat ang mata ko nang maramdamang huminto ang sasakyan, I was about to say something when a girl entered the car with a wide smile

"Hi!"he greeted

I smiled and sat straight "Hello, I'm Thiara"I introduce myself

"I'm Trishia, hehe"she shyly added.

"Hoy Kenzo! Wala mo man ginsiling may upod ka nga gwapa!"Hindi mo naman sinabi na may kasama kang maganda. Napakunoot ang noo ko nang marinig ang sinabi niya, are they using alien language?

"Pasensya, dinaliay abi"Sorry, madalian kasi. Mas lalo pang nangunot ang noo ko, I just rolled my eyes and listent to them

"So kamusta ang imo nga pangabuhi sa Manila?"Kamusta ang iyong buhay sa Manila?

"Ayos lang naman, wala namang nagbago"Kenzo replied and gave her a soft smile

"Mabuti naman kung ganun"she smiled "Tulog anay ko, kapoy"tulog muna ako, pagod.

I shrugged and close my eyes, after a minute or so the car stopped. I opened my eyes and saw a bunch of people on the way

"Welcome to Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat"magiliw na saad ni Trishia

"Why is there a lot of people here? What's going on?"naguguluhan kong tanong saka sinuyod ng tingin ang paligid

It's like a gymnasium divided by two, napapalooban iyon ng mga stall na iisa langang mga tinda. At the left side of the place, nakahilera ang mga estante nang binebentang mga gamit, may mga walis at kung ano ano pang gawa sa abaca. At the right side of the place, nakahilera naman ang estante na iisa lang din ang tinda.

"What are they selling?"I asked and pointed at the right side

"Ay, halo-halo yan dai! Masarap yan"

Tumaas ang dalawang kilay ko, so that's what he call halo-halo, hmm.

I just smiled and followed then walking towards a stall, nang makaupo kami ay may sinabi si Kenzo sa tindera na siya namang kumilos agad

After a minute, they serve the what we call halo-halo. There's a different fruits on the top of crashed ice, may buko, avocado, sweetened ube and jackfruit and many more. Hindi rin nawala sa paningin ko ang mani na nasa pinakatuktok ng pagkain

I didn't say any words instead eating, my eyes widened nang manuot sa panlasa ko ang pagkain. I stopped for a minute para mas lalong namnamin ang sarap.

"I love this"I exclaimed, I saw how Kenzo akd Trishia's eyes became wide after I said I love the food

"Mabuti naman at nagustuhan mo. Kaya Esperanza ang halo-halo Capital ng Pilipinas eh"dinunggol niya ako sa braso, I just smiled and continue eating

Hindi rin kami nagtagal doon, Kenzo was asking Trishia of she knows where's the other tourist spot in the Municipality but Trishia knows no one except for the Hot and Cold Spring Resort

We have no choice but to go there, maybe next time we can go back here and finally visit the hidden tourist spots.

As we reached the entrance of the resort, my mouth formed 'o' before realizing we're on the top, seeing the small buildings from here.

Nang makapasok kami ay agad na naghanap ng cottage si Trishia, itinuro niya rin ang washroom para mapagbihis.

After changing my outfit, I immediately dive into the water, nang dumating si Kenzo ay inalalayan niya akong umahon at lumipat sa kabilang pool kung saan nandoon ang hot spring

"You enjoy?"he asked

I smile and pinched his cheek "Yes"the I submerged myself to the water

Napunta ako sa kabilang dulo ng pool habang tinatanaw si Kenzo na nasa kabilang dulo rin, my smile went wide when he talked to the little girl who's sitting next to him

Suddenly my smile fade away, remembering that I'm only here to fulfill my father's wants. Napabuntong hininga nalang ako saka naupo sa side ng pool, still watching him with a kid. I felt guilty.

I'm sorry Kenzo, I'm sorry.
