"Ya- ya- ya- wait-" Taehyung smiled sheepishly as he grabbed Jisoo by the arm and pulled her back towards him, picking up the cotton tip and handing it to her once more. "I was kidding... continue... help me, please...?"
Jisoo gave Taehyung a dirty look, before disposing of the cotton tip and retrieving a new one from the first aid kit. She applied some ointment on the tip, before applying it gently onto Taehyung's cheekbone injury once more.
"This... feels kinda nostalgic."
It was indeed nostalgic for them both. Five years ago, when Taehyung's dad had busted his lip, Jisoo was the one who fixed it for him too.
"You got punched, huh."
"I did-" Taehyung pursed his lips and looked up at Jisoo cutely. "By your ex-fiancé."
Jisoo didn't respond as she blew gently on the wound and turned to retrieve a plaster from the first aid kit.
"Mm... I don't know if I should be saying this-" Taehyung hesitated for a while, recalling what Seokjin had told him in the art room earlier that day. "I know you're upset with Seok-"

"Don't mention his name in front of me," Jisoo said coldly as she gently stuck the plaster onto Taehyung's face. "From now on, I have got nothing to do with him."
"He just did those things because-"
"I said, enough."
"Not even a small chance?"
"No."
"Not in the slightest bit?"
"Ya-" Jisoo folded her arms and narrowed her eyes at Taehyung. "He was mean to you too, why are you on his side right now?"
"I'm not too fond of that guy too, I gotta admit-" Taehyung said with a frown. "But what you said earlier about wanting to put everything in the past and start afresh, you have to apply that to him too - not just for the two of us."
Jisoo thought for a while, seriously considering Taehyung's point of view. "Well, I guess I could think about it."
Taehyung smiled. "Y-"
"But no promises how long that will take," Jisoo held up a finger before Taehyung could reach out and hug her. "I'm usually the type who takes a long time to forgive and forget, you know?"
