Logical Vampire (Logicality)

No one's POV

When those words were spoken, the room went silent. Logan stood there with wide eyes. Roman and Virgil had just ran in when the logical side sat on the ground, curling up.

"Logan? Oh dear, oh dear! Is Padre alright? Please say he is!" Roman looked at Logan, his eyes filled with worry.

He didn't even look up. No words were spoken...until... "He...he's gone. He's gone, Roman..." That's when the silence returned. If a needle were to fall, it would echo.

Though, that silence was interrupted by a loud cry from the anxious side. He had his face his in his sweatshirt, shaking and sobbing. He couldn't believe that the father figure they once knew was gone.
They didn't even get to say goodbye. Roman quickly went to go and hug Virgil when he snapped.

"Don't touch me!" Roman stopped and backed away as Virgil just sobbed harder than before, startled by the yelling.

Everything was just falling apart... Until Logan got up and walked back to Patton's room.

When walking in the room, all he saw was the lifeless body of his best friend...his lover...his soulmate. A frown spread on his face as he walked over to him.

"Patton...Love, I'm so sorry..." Of course, the corpse didn't move. He looked at the clipboard and the other equipment around the room before closing his eyes... And then opening them, glowing red eyes piercing through the hospital room.

The vampire looked to Patton before lightly tilting his head, looking at his neck.

"I'll bring you back...I promise..."

After speaking those last words, he leaned down and pierced the skin on his neck. He wasn't taking any blood, but rather just sitting there, not moving.

After a few moments had passed, he pulled his fangs out of his neck and stood up. He lightly kissed his forehead before walking out of the room and back over to the others.

Virgil was sitting in the corner, curled up in his hoodie as Roman sat in a chair, looking towards his feet. When Logan walked in the room, they both looked up.

Suddenly... A few nurses run towards Patton's room, looking shocked. The others, too, had followed them.

And there was Patton, sitting up on his hospital bed, looking confused.

"What...what happened?"
